"The lobby is definitely the highlight! The sunrise in the morning wasn't particularly stunning though. The room decor is a bit dated, and breakfast was just okay. However, the service was excellent, and we had a dedicated butler to assist us. Right outside the hotel is Jiuli Run Street, which is great for dining and daily shopping, and there's also a nice M1 Coffee Factory Museum. The hotel's private beach wasn't crowded, the sand was very fine, and the Pink Elephant bar was quite romantic!"

"The views are amazing and the sand is so fine. Our butler, Ella, sent us a guide as soon as we checked in, which turned out to be really helpful. We picked two spots to visit the next day and both were great. The breakfast selection was extensive and the kids loved it, eating a lot. You can also take the shuttle bus to the neighboring hotel to explore. We didn't get a king-size bed room, so we paid a bit extra to upgrade to a suite. However, it was quite a distance from the elevator, and some guests slamming their doors loudly was annoying. The soundproofing could definitely be improved. There were even people setting off fireworks at eleven or twelve at night, which was also very noisy. Among the luxury hotels in Wanning, this one offers great value for money. I would consider staying here again on my next visit."

"The service here deserves full marks! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic. Our butler, Coco, was very responsive to all our questions and proactively offered help. The room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—which made for a fantastic night's sleep. From check-in to check-out, there was absolutely nothing to complain about; the whole experience was excellent."

"Huge thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade! Check-in was super fast, and we got a lake-view room. The view from the sixth floor was pretty good, though the highest floor is the seventh, so it obviously can't compare to the views from higher-floor rooms. But being on a lower floor meant less wind, so it felt really warm and cozy. The hotel's public area pool is beautiful. The outdoor pool is cold water, not heated. However, the indoor heated pool makes up for it – you can swim there and then go for a hot spring dip, which is incredibly comfortable! I'd suggest increasing the frequency of maintenance for the hot spring pools; when I went, the water quality wasn't as good as I'd imagined, and the hot spring water quality isn't quite on par with places like Tengchong or Guangzhou. It's a bit stingy that guests consuming at the lobby bar still have to pay extra for the billiard table. I'd suggest changing this to a reservation-based system with a time limit; guests would probably feel better about that. Breakfast overall was decent. The live cooking stations for noodles and vermicelli were freshly prepared, and the broths were excellent. However, the soy milk and coconut milk were both watered down and flavorless, like too much water had been added, making them very bland. I hope this can be improved, because the self-service Qingbuliang (a refreshing dessert soup) loses its meaning if the coconut milk isn't good! The housekeeping staff are very diligent. For consecutive stays, it felt almost like checking into a new room every day. But as a five-star resort, shouldn't the complimentary bottled water at least be something like Nongfu Spring? This 'Ice Dew' brand is a bit much. A few extra cents in cost wouldn't hurt, right?"

"The Grand Hyatt's hardware is, as always, top-notch. The hotel offers excellent privacy, and every step within its gardens reveals a beautiful view, instantly filling you with that relaxed vacation vibe. What impressed me most was the incredibly thoughtful and attentive service provided by our butler, Cherry – truly one of the hotel's biggest highlights. Her comprehensive and meticulous care, both before and during our stay, made for an exceptional experience. I'd like to express my gratitude here. I will definitely bring my parents back for another holiday when I have the chance."

"This is NOT an advertisement! This hotel has the absolute best service I've ever experienced! Every question was answered instantly. They provided clear and detailed information on activities, restaurants, services, and pricing. On the first day, we arrived late and they upgraded our room. They constantly reminded us about upcoming fireworks, to close windows and doors at night due to mosquitoes, and even proactively asked if we needed a late check-out or a new room key. Later, they upgraded our breakfast to the Horizon Restaurant. In the evening, they waited until we were back in our room to deliver a fruit platter – not just a basic fruit plate, but a lovely selection of mini bananas, strawberries, grapes, and tangerines. Even with so many guests, the service felt so personalized, almost like a one-on-one nanny! It left a deep impression! Secondly, the pool is absolutely gorgeous! It's only 1.5 meters deep at its deepest, and they even provide swim rings, which was a lifesaver for me, a non-swimmer! After swimming, you can soak in the hot pool nearby – it's incredibly comfortable; I almost fell asleep! The hot cocoa at the adjacent cocoa shop is very smooth and delicious. I loved the coffee chocolate I tried for the first time and bought a few as gifts. The crispy beef at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor was also delicious, exceeding my expectations! Overall, the entire stay was incredibly comfortable. Whether it was the front desk, gift shop, beverage shop, restaurants, pool, or beach bar, the service was unbelievably good throughout. Plus, Wanning's bar street is so much fun, with great music and energetic crowds – ten times better than the bars in Shanghai! I definitely want to come back again; it was such a joyful trip!!"

"I spotted this hotel on Ctrip's rankings, drawn in by its incredible value for money. I booked it without a second thought, and my stay truly exceeded expectations. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful; it's a tranquil villa complex featuring a central swimming pool surrounded by lush, dense coconut groves. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! "I went to Hainan with my friends and booked a hotel. My friend stayed in the Haiya Big Bed. You can see the sea and lighthouse from the balcony. After all, it was the filming location of her missing photo. Taking photos is also very impressive. The hotel is not far from the lighthouse, and it takes more than ten minutes to get there by taxi. It's very comfortable to rent a car and enjoy the scenery slowly. On the way, we stopped by the Shenzhou Peninsula. I love hh photos so much. The wind is really strong over there, so be sure to fix your hair to take photos📷 I also saw my hotel opposite the lighthouse, it was so beautiful. Next time you come, you must stay in a room with a view of the sea😭 The view is really beautiful! The hotel service is really good. My room is not far from the lobby. The waiter also drove me to help me with my luggage. There are also staff changing hotel supplies every day. "The attitude is great! The hotel is new, but there is no peculiar smell. The hotel is in the city, so it is very convenient to order takeout. It is very convenient to take a ride to Riyue Bay and Shenzhou Peninsula. There is nothing to eat on the island, so I live in the city.
