"This hotel was our first stop on our East Coast Hainan island tour, and it didn't disappoint. The service was excellent, especially our butler, Mile. He contacted us two days in advance to ask about our preferences, sent us menus, arranged our room, and even turned on the dehumidifier before we arrived. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Our room had a direct ocean view, perfect for watching both sunrises and moonrises. The balcony was very spacious and sunny, the air conditioning worked great, and the sheets were clean. The lobby has a fantastic, grand design. Watching the sunrise from the beach was also breathtaking."

"The views are amazing and the sand is so fine. Our butler, Ella, sent us a guide as soon as we checked in, which turned out to be really helpful. We picked two spots to visit the next day and both were great. The breakfast selection was extensive and the kids loved it, eating a lot. You can also take the shuttle bus to the neighboring hotel to explore. We didn't get a king-size bed room, so we paid a bit extra to upgrade to a suite. However, it was quite a distance from the elevator, and some guests slamming their doors loudly was annoying. The soundproofing could definitely be improved. There were even people setting off fireworks at eleven or twelve at night, which was also very noisy. Among the luxury hotels in Wanning, this one offers great value for money. I would consider staying here again on my next visit."

"The service here deserves full marks! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic. Our butler, Coco, was very responsive to all our questions and proactively offered help. The room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—which made for a fantastic night's sleep. From check-in to check-out, there was absolutely nothing to complain about; the whole experience was excellent."

"Huge thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade! Check-in was super fast, and we got a lake-view room. The view from the sixth floor was pretty good, though the highest floor is the seventh, so it obviously can't compare to the views from higher-floor rooms. But being on a lower floor meant less wind, so it felt really warm and cozy. The hotel's public area pool is beautiful. The outdoor pool is cold water, not heated. However, the indoor heated pool makes up for it – you can swim there and then go for a hot spring dip, which is incredibly comfortable! I'd suggest increasing the frequency of maintenance for the hot spring pools; when I went, the water quality wasn't as good as I'd imagined, and the hot spring water quality isn't quite on par with places like Tengchong or Guangzhou. It's a bit stingy that guests consuming at the lobby bar still have to pay extra for the billiard table. I'd suggest changing this to a reservation-based system with a time limit; guests would probably feel better about that. Breakfast overall was decent. The live cooking stations for noodles and vermicelli were freshly prepared, and the broths were excellent. However, the soy milk and coconut milk were both watered down and flavorless, like too much water had been added, making them very bland. I hope this can be improved, because the self-service Qingbuliang (a refreshing dessert soup) loses its meaning if the coconut milk isn't good! The housekeeping staff are very diligent. For consecutive stays, it felt almost like checking into a new room every day. But as a five-star resort, shouldn't the complimentary bottled water at least be something like Nongfu Spring? This 'Ice Dew' brand is a bit much. A few extra cents in cost wouldn't hurt, right?"

"The Grand Hyatt has a well-designed room layout. Each ground-floor unit features a private outdoor patio, offering good privacy. The garden is meticulously maintained with lush greenery🍃🥥, and right outside, there's a large lawn and walking paths, perfect for quiet strolls in the morning and evening. The hotel has an overall Southeast Asian resort style, with a relaxed atmosphere and not too many guests. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and the greenery along the way is lovely. The service is prompt, especially Cherry🍒, who was attentive without being intrusive. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes good too. If you prefer tranquility and don't require the absolute newest facilities, this is a solid choice. It's ideal for a pure relaxation, 'lounge-around' type of vacation~⛱️"

"This is NOT an advertisement! This hotel has the absolute best service I've ever experienced! Every question was answered instantly. They provided clear and detailed information on activities, restaurants, services, and pricing. On the first day, we arrived late and they upgraded our room. They constantly reminded us about upcoming fireworks, to close windows and doors at night due to mosquitoes, and even proactively asked if we needed a late check-out or a new room key. Later, they upgraded our breakfast to the Horizon Restaurant. In the evening, they waited until we were back in our room to deliver a fruit platter – not just a basic fruit plate, but a lovely selection of mini bananas, strawberries, grapes, and tangerines. Even with so many guests, the service felt so personalized, almost like a one-on-one nanny! It left a deep impression! Secondly, the pool is absolutely gorgeous! It's only 1.5 meters deep at its deepest, and they even provide swim rings, which was a lifesaver for me, a non-swimmer! After swimming, you can soak in the hot pool nearby – it's incredibly comfortable; I almost fell asleep! The hot cocoa at the adjacent cocoa shop is very smooth and delicious. I loved the coffee chocolate I tried for the first time and bought a few as gifts. The crispy beef at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor was also delicious, exceeding my expectations! Overall, the entire stay was incredibly comfortable. Whether it was the front desk, gift shop, beverage shop, restaurants, pool, or beach bar, the service was unbelievably good throughout. Plus, Wanning's bar street is so much fun, with great music and energetic crowds – ten times better than the bars in Shanghai! I definitely want to come back again; it was such a joyful trip!!"

"The room offered a direct sea view and was situated in a fairly quiet location. It's conveniently close to both Shimei Bay and Shenzhou Peninsula. They even upgraded my room upon check-in, which was a nice bonus. I'd definitely consider staying here again, especially if I'm with a friend who can ride an e-scooter, as it would be perfect for exploring the surrounding area."

"I went to Hainan with my friends and booked a hotel. My friend stayed in the Haiya Big Bed. You can see the sea and lighthouse from the balcony. It was so beautiful that I couldn’t help myself and took a photo on the balcony. It was so beautiful that it surpassed the photo. You must go to take photos and check in during the day. The lighthouse is dark at night and cannot be seen. We had breakfast at the hotel the next morning. There were really many types of breakfast. There are also Western and Chinese food. Salad cakes are available. I like the freshly cooked noodles very much, it suits my taste very much. Later, we went to the lighthouse to check in. After all, it was the filming location of her missing photo. Taking photos is also very impressive. The hotel is not far from the lighthouse, and it takes more than ten minutes to get there by taxi. It's very comfortable to rent a car and enjoy the scenery slowly. On the way, we stopped by the Shenzhou Peninsula. I love hh photos so much. The wind is really strong over there, so be sure to fix your hair to take photos📷 I also saw my hotel opposite the lighthouse, it was so beautiful. Next time you come, you must stay in a room with a view of the sea😭 The view is really beautiful! The hotel service is really good. My room is not far from the lobby. The waiter also drove me to help me with my luggage. There are also staff changing hotel supplies every day. It’s really thoughtful💗 I even brought some specialties when I went back, they were really delicious😋 I’ll come back next time💃"

"No complaints whatsoever! Waking up to a breathtaking ocean view right from my window was amazing – a truly unobstructed sea view. The room amenities are all top-tier brands, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Plus, the kitchen is free to use. It's incredibly good value for money during the off-season; I could honestly live here if I had the time. And it's right next to Riyue Bay, so you can enjoy surfing and sea fishing, making for a perfect holiday."

"The attitude is great! The hotel is new, but there is no peculiar smell. The hotel is in the city, so it is very convenient to order takeout. It is very convenient to take a ride to Riyue Bay and Shenzhou Peninsula. There is nothing to eat on the island, so I live in the city.
