Nikko Hotels with Wi-Fi

"The hotel is very near Nikko station. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. The room is small, but for an overnight stay, the size was sufficient. Booking includes simple breakfast (or bread, coffee, boiled egg, salad) which is good enough. There is also a large supermarket near the hotel. You can also leave your luggage at the self-storage room of the hotel - very convenient. Our room also have a very nice view of the mountains. I would recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is expensive, but the service is disappointing. First, no one helped me carry my luggage to my room. Second, during the buffet dinner, they kept running out of melons, and in the last ten minutes, they were completely out of melons. They told me to wait five more minutes, saying they would come back one last time. But there was nothing. I feel that for a buffet, to simply stop serving food in the last ten minutes is a very bad form of fraud. Since the hotel is unwilling to honor its promises to save a little money, I think I will probably not return to this hotel anymore."

"Slightly out of the way but hotel was comfortable. Would be better if there were more shuttle bus timings though. Staff were nice especially kikuchi! He went above and beyond to ensure that we made it in time so we could purchase what we needed"

"This guesthouse is super close to JR Nikko Station, just a 5-minute walk away. The buses to Toshogu Shrine also stop right by JR Nikko Station, making it incredibly convenient. The owner's wife was very welcoming; she first asked about my travel plans and then meticulously explained how to get everywhere, handing me maps and bus timetables for the next day. I stayed in a Japanese-style room on the second floor with a toilet nearby, and the shower room on the first floor was very clean and comfortable. The next morning, the owner's wife prepared a delicious and complimentary breakfast, giving us a real taste of local life. She even gave us an origami crane as a blessing... Her thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality offered a warmth that's different from staying in a regular hotel."

"Beautiful old hotel. The dinner was fabulous- so elegant and wonderfully delicious. The grounds are picturesque Best thing is the location. It is up a steep hill so walking up and down is a challenge for older knees. That being said once down the hill, it is a short walk to the famous Shinkyo Bridge and across the street from the bridge is the Toshogu Shrine complex."

"The hotel locates nearby Nikko, the world herritage area, just 4 km. from the hotel. Our room is very big, clean, and good maintained. There are 5-6 private onsen rooms, available and enough for guests. The hotel owner gave us warm welcome and services with very reasonable price. Recommend for the one who wants to stay and travel in Nikko!!"

"Nikko Station hotel Classic located at a strategic location:-👍 (a) opposite its hotel ( cross the zebra crossing) is the entrance of JR Nikko Station 🚉 ( JR Nikko line 💚) -5-8mins walk (2) clean n neat modern Japanese bed with rather big bathroom (3) morning breakfast is at level one with 24hrs coffee n tea vending machine besides for hotel guests . Hotel guests can enjoy their slow slipping of coffee ☕️ n private chats at private area besides. (4) hotel breakfast is simple but its sufficient for both of us. We simply love to enjoy a big warm bowl of curry rice with hard boiled eggs 🥚 🥚 n some bread 🍞 n toasts. (5) Simply falls in love with its Sukura restaurant its Tempura Don. very delicious 😋👍 although its small . (6) Hotel is conveniently located along a long stretch of shopping streets with another Railway station ( Tohoku station 🚉) nearby. (7) Hotel is very near to Local bus-stop , local buses ,tourist heritage buses n stations."

"This was a spontaneous trip! I was on a business trip in Tokyo and had a weekend off. A friend recommended Nikko, and Xiaomoushu recommended the Nikko Sanctuary Garden Hotel. I booked a hotel for the next night, bought my train tickets, and headed out to Nikko early in the morning! Travel is full of challenges and surprises. Putting that aside, this hotel was truly satisfying! From Tobu Nikko Station, it's about a ten-minute taxi ride for 1,600 yen (about 80 yuan). You can also arrange a hotel pick-up a day in advance. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm, so check-in wasn't until 3 pm. No problem, I just dropped my suitcase off and had the taxi driver, who hadn't left yet, take me to the World Heritage Toshogu Shrine. After a four-hour trek, I returned to the hotel, had a welcome drink, and went upstairs to rest. I was stunned by the beauty of the room (see pictures for details!) Thanks to my Ctrip friends for their highly recommended breakfast and dinner. It turned out to be worth the extra 300 yuan for two breakfasts and two dinners. It was like eating at a Michelin restaurant for free. I was so moved that I cried! Even though I was traveling alone. But even if I only had dinner for 300 RMB, it was absolutely worth it! The hotel designer was there that day, and we had a great time chatting. He's a classic music lover and a romantic at heart. He even designed a butterfly made of leaves 🍂🍃 for the menu cover and hand-painted the text on the plates. What a talent! The geta clogs for sale in the hotel lobby are also beautiful. They're said to be made by a renowned artisan. I bought a pair. I won't necessarily wear them, but I'll keep them as a work of art! 😊 Breakfast was early. Since check-out was at 10:00, I chose the latest available at 8:30 AM. I managed to get up, and then I was surprised by the breakfast, my friends. Make sure to order both breakfast and dinner. For that price, you'd only get a steak dinner! 😂 After checking out, I took the shuttle bus to Tobu Station. After checking in to store my large luggage, I took the express bus to Chuzenji to see the waterfalls and enjoy the lake. I think I'll have to stay two more days next time! This trip was perfect, Shelter Garden, see you next time!"

"This hotel is absolutely wonderful! Opening the window, you're greeted with a stunning view of red maple trees. The food is also exceptional; there are countless small dishes and bowls, and you'll definitely leave feeling completely full. The hot springs are incredibly relaxing too, and you can enjoy them anytime."

"駅からは遠く、レンタカーを借りていきました。 周りにご飯屋さんは少ないですが、あります。 宿での夕食・朝食はとても良かったです。 「特別」を味わうにはもってこいの食事だと思います。 温泉も良かったです。　ですが、金属は黒ずみますので注意してください。 部屋も良かったです。一泊二日ではもったいないですね。 中禅寺湖を望める景色も最高でした。 次は秋の紅葉を見に行きたいですね。"
