房間設備還可以，周圍環境欠佳，比較荒涼。喜喜津車站是一個區間小車站，離開諫早車站20分鐘出租車程時間，很不方便。早餐是日式冷便當，不適合國人。不建議推薦給國人出行，應該在諫早車站找一些賓館。

大変ガッカリしました。
大浴場は19時から23時までしか使えず、早朝に入浴出来ずにガッカリ。
さらに輪をかけて、サウナも使用停止中で終始利用出来ません。
最初から記載していただきたいです。

コロナで、朝食が弁当に変更は残念。
最上階の大浴場の利用可能時間が短く、チェックイン直後や朝風呂で使えないのは要改善だと思います。
新しいホテルなので、部屋に段差が無いのは良かったです。

施設は新しく掃除が行き届いておりとても快適でした。よく眠れました。ただ、予約時に朝食があるのかないのか分かりにくかったことが不満でした。近くにコンビニがあるので、特に困らなかったのですが、「朝食なし」と書いておいてほしかった。
