I’m writing this review even before I have checked out because I am *that* happy. This hotel is absolutely exceptional. Location is great and easy walking to the main sites in Sultanahmet. The property itself is very pretty. The rooms are on the smaller side, especially the bathrooms, but very nice. What separates this hotel from everywhere else is the staff. It is clear that they care deeply about the hotel. I am here with my family, including a young infant, and they have upgraded our room (and helped us to move), set up a crib, washed my baby’s bottles, and so much more. Their service is on par with that at the best hotels in the world. For anyone thinking about where to stay, just stay here. The staff here will take care of you every possible way and the location is fantastic. We will definitely be staying here when we return to Istanbul!

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and these few fixed staff can fully understand your needs. But when I checked in one day, the shower room was leaking. After changing the room, the luggage rack in the cupboard was still broken. The facilities need to be improved, but the service is good. Overall, the room types in Istanbul are relatively small, but the facilities are complete. The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk to the old city.

Overall is good but probably not for level 4. I was given room at level 4 during Friday and unfortunately rooftop bar is operate until 1am, I can literally hear people walking around and especially dragging the chair. I called to complain on the noise and being told that nothing that they can do and the noise will probably happen all the way until 1.30am. Perhaps hotel can do something about it , u can’t expect all the guest to sleep after 1.30am right

Burduk Karakoy is a clean and well-appointed hotel with a wonderful design. The staff are excellent and helpful. They provide Sahlab hospitality upon arrival. A room of 20 square meters, but it is wonderful and clean. You are asked to put a $100 deposit. It is better to pay in cash and take a receipt and receive it upon exit. Its location is excellent. Opposite you is the Karakoy neighborhood, full of restaurants, coffee shops, and Galata Port, and it is accessible. To Taksim and Istiklal Street, turn right when exiting the hotel, a distance of 400 meters to Tunil station 🚇Karaköy, and you are in the middle of Istiklal Street and head to the Eminonu, Sirkeci and Sultanahmet areas. Take a tram from Tobahane station near the hotel - the only negative is that there is no taxi stop opposite the hotel upon request. Uber: Leave the hotel on the left side, 300 meters away, and Uber will be waiting for you at the signal
