We were made to feel very welcome and special. All staff opened doors for us, asked how we were and made our stay very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to help with any aspect of our trip. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and would welcome the opportunity to revisit.

Very good welcome hotel well located no need to take tram metro everything done on foot In this hotel there is Mr. Nural who speaks French nice person very warm I recommend the catering is suitable however room too hot

Very nice hotel. Clean with impeccable service, ideal location, everything is within walking distance. 5 minutes from the main sites of Sultanhamet... boats, bazaars, shops.... Thanks to Ertan for the very professional breakfast who took care of us, was kind, smiling, pleasant to talk with, gives good advice for various information... PAn ideal location close to all of Istanbul's best-known tourist sites and in the busiest district. The best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the warm welcome from the manager and his exceptional professionalism. He speaks French very well which for this clientele is an undeniable advantage. The accompanying staff are also friendly and the hotel is very clean. Our trip was enhanced by all the good advice from the manager. Hotel not to be missed
