"The location of the hotel is really near to the train station which is like about 1-2 minutes away from the main entrance which make the commuting around Bern really easy. As for the room, we took the studio apartment with kitchen which the space was sufficient and great for placing our luggage and the kitchen came in handy as well. As for the service, they are prompt in replying if there are any issues. Before our check-in we are faced with some errors regarding payment and everything was solved between trip.com and the hotel itself after we linked them up which make our trip stress free and convenient. Do note that the hotel itself does not have a front desk, check in and check out are all done using the app which required wifi connection. For the facilities, they have an area which allowed anyone to gather and mingle as well as washer and dryer are available for use. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are back in Bern."

"This hotel location is very close to the train station that is just 1 stop next to the Bern main train station. So, it’s very convenient to go to Bern for a visit. There is a COOP supermarket that’s a few steps from the hotel. Thus, it’s very fast to buy something nearby."

"The hotel is a bit far from city center. However with train and bus we can still arrive arrive Bern center or Thun within 30 minutes. The room we stayed faces to the East. It is actually a problem because when the sun rises, it shines and heats the window. At the early morning we keep hearing the popping noise on windows caused by thermal expansion and contraction and we cannot get any sleep. Besides, I don't know if the bed linens were not clean or if overly harsh detergents were used. The next day, the areas of my limbs and torso that came into contact with the bed were very itchy."

"You need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel."

"The room facilities are a bit shabby. The hotel has turned the sofa into a simple bed because we checked in late. I don't know if the air conditioner in the room was turned off near the vent, but there was still a buzzing sound. The front desk was nice and could store luggage. The hotel breakfast was not very good. The bus is quite convenient. Bus No. 9 goes directly to the city center, but there are many different routes on Bus No. 9, so it is easy to take the wrong bus."

"Excellent location just hop on a tram from Bern central station. Professional staff. Check-in was quick. Always here at the reception to assist guests. Common space at the first floor has everything you need. Microwave, paper cup, and utensils."

"Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. "Considering the standard of living in Bern, the hotel price is a good bargain But I think it is like an apartment Small room with multifunctions with a kitchenette and fridge and a fan Though there is no AC, I think it is acceptable to stay there ( but there wasn’t any heat wave during my stay) 2 stops for a bus trip from Bern main train station ; free from the welcome apps with passcode given from the hotel ; Coop supermarket and rise garden are of a 10-minute walk"
