"Close to the airport, there is a pick-up service, but the car will only wait at the departure gate, Exit 4 or 5, on the hour. It’s not too far to take a taxi, Uber can reach it for 120 yuan. The room is spacious and has a coffee station to boil some hot water. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc., and the two charging eyes can be plugged in directly without conversion. Two bottles of mineral water are given, so you can simply go online and do some work. There is a hair dryer, safe, and ironing board."

"I'm very satisfied with everything, except that the water output of the faucet in my room was too small and the hot water temperature was not enough. The hotel people came to fix it, but it was a little regretful that it was not repaired! I couldn't take a comfortable shower. I could have changed rooms, but the orientation of the other room was a bit disgusting, so I had to make do with it and stay another night!"

"Muy buen lugar para quedarte a pasar la noche si estás de paso en CDMX, a solo 18 min del aeropuerto y tienen el servicio de traslado gratis, el hotel está ubicado dentror de una plaza donde puedes ver y comer diferentes opciones y las instalaciones están muy bien, en esta ocasión el elevador estaba dañado y tuvimos que usar el de servicio pero fuera de eso la habitación cómoda y limpia que es lo que buscas para descansar una noche mientras estás de paso. Lo recomiendo!"

"My stay was very short but the staff at the reception were very friendly 24 hours a day. They have free and very safe airport transportation. The facilities are very nice, better than in photos, they have a good location to the airport if you have a long layover. All very well. I would stay here again."

"We arrived very late, the room was quite good, there was a room in the room that there was already a guest, the room card could not be swiped, the front desk did not find a problem, let the guests repeatedly run several times to swipe the room card. The service work is not fine enough."

Very Good
SSongmoThe room is big and the bed is big and very comfortable to sleep in. There are shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. The facilities are simple. The wash basin in the bathroom does not drain smoothly, but the shower water is good. The front desk was very mysterious when I checked in. I arrived very late because of the flight delay. I couldn't see the front desk staff after entering the door, but I heard voices, like a mirror reflection. I looked inside, but I couldn't see the staff without standing on tiptoe. I only saw myself. I don't know why it is designed like this. Passports and signature forms are passed through a very small gap.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and complete. The big TV, visually 60 inches, Samsung, although I arrived late and didn't watch TV. The big bed can lie down for a family of three. The mattress is very soft, comparable to a zero-pressure mattress in a certain season. I have nothing to ask for when I can lie down comfortably for two days. .
Hygienic: very clean, much cleaner than domestic chain hotels at the same price.
Environment: Very quiet, no noise.
Service: I arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening and left around 3 o'clock in the morning. The front desk intimately called a taxi for me. It was ten minutes and I liked it.
