"Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were a few issues that could be improved. On the second night, our towels were not replaced. In addition, the air conditioning was not cooling properly. We reported this to the staff on the first night, but unfortunately, the issue was not fully resolved. There was also quite a lot of noise during the night, which made it difficult for us to sleep well. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests' experience."

"Within walking distance from the train station so quite convenient. Got upgraded to a junior suite room with very spacious room and two beds (with one bed being sofa bed but still good). Very bright and tidy bathroom. Downside is the cleanliness is not to my expectation (some ashes on the staircase in the room and near the coffee machine) and the air-conditioner is too cold even though we have asked the receptionist to help switch off the air conditioner. Breakfast is a bit expensive (€28 pp from what I remember) so we didn’t get a chance to try but it seems that the breakfast is served in a very beautiful area."

"The hotel is located next to the train station in Ferrolens S M Novelle , dragging luggage, and must arrive within 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is old, the room is clean and tidy, but the furnishings are old and easy to feel unhygienic. If you have requirements for accommodation, please choose other newer hotels. Breakfast is good, if the price includes breakfast, it is recommended to choose, but if I pay 15euro by myself, I will not consider it. "The hotel boasts an excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria train station. Since Florence itself is relatively small, most attractions are within a 20-minute walk. The apartment building where the hotel is located appears to be somewhat old, but the hotel itself was recently renovated with high-quality materials and a first-class experience. Furthermore, I must commend the hotel front desk staff; they were attentive, responsible, and patiently explained everything. They processed my request for an extra room in the early morning very quickly, for which I am extremely grateful."

"The hotel is very close to the train station, but it feels very safe. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely charming; he heard my husband was learning Italian and chatted with him for ages, which really made our day! Our room faced the courtyard instead of the street, so it was very quiet, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I'd say it offers excellent value for money in Italy. We're very grateful for the hotel's service and ambiance, which made our two days in Florence truly enjoyable."

"Booked 1 night and we arrived early but they were gracious to grant an early check in. We had a triple room that was very comfortable and clean. The room included basic amenities. The A/C provided sufficient cooling but I think it could struggle during the summer months but the large windows when opened would provide good airflow. The bedding was plush, clean and on the firmer side. Our room was on the rear wing where the suites are and the soundproofing between rooms was decent but you could hear the garbage buggy rattling across the cobbled streets every so often when it passes so light sleepers might want to be wary."

"Great room in a nice building close to transport - tram. Or 25 minute walk to the main railway station. Lovely attentive staff and a great choice for breakfast too. However if you have a room on the street side it can be noisy in the evenings and you can hear others walk up and down the stairs as they head out or down to breakfast."

"Room is big with sauna and jacuzzi. Clear check in instructions. Very clean and self control air con. Safe and quiet street. Bus stop nearby. However, bus schedules are unstable, prefer walking, around 25mins walk to Cathedral of San Maria del Fiore. Pleasant walking even during summer times as some shops along the path."

"EXCELLENT place to stay if you’re visiting Florence and want to be in the heart of everything.  first time to Florence and this place stole my heart. it’s the best accommodation across the main 3 cities of Italy i’ve been (venice, florence, rome) and the attentiveness from the staff were amazing. the room is extremely clean and perfect.  no complaints except that the bathroom floor might get slippery after being wet so it’s better to put floor mats. however you can easily use the towels provided.  breakfast was amazing and selection was so good.  there’s nothing else i will say except: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
