Florence Hotels with Jacuzzi

"The location is really good. The building is not an old building, but it's relatively new, so it's okay. But... I was really disappointed with the service. First of all, there is no front desk here, and it is in another building far away, so you have to go to the Duomo side to check in. Even there, just one person like a dormitory.. There was an air conditioner problem in the late summer, but it was a problem to pass lightly because it was winter. ㅋ I thought there would be a cold wind from the heater.. When I told the staff, they just gave me a cotton quilt later? It was just covered, but it wasn't like moving the heater to a room that could be fixed or something like this, but it was really disappointing (why did you tell me how to use it in the first place if you would) The most problem is towel!! I've never had a towel problem during my trip to Europe, but I think this is the case here. I put a towel on the foot mat and put it on the foot mat. What is the service of hanging the towel on the floor again? And I didn't refill the towel to the person who stayed for 3 days, so on the second day, I wrote it in English and Italian Españor called new towel, so I refilled the small towel and the big towel was ㅋㅋㅋㅋ No. Which hotel is going to hang the towels on the floor? If only I had experienced one of these, I would have done it, but I felt really bad because I saved the towels, didn't use people, and received the service of an unmanned motel class. If you see this, please visit a better hotel."

"The location is great, making it convenient to get around, and it feels relatively safe with many luxury shops nearby. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the service attitude is very good. The windows are older wooden ones that don't seal completely, but it's generally quiet by the river, so it's fine overall."

"Let's start with the positives: The room was absolutely impeccable – from its design and decor to the overall experience, size, and amenities. It was so good, I'd honestly give it a 6 out of 5! Even the owner's photos don't do it justice; it's incredibly beautiful, spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, it was spotless. I would definitely return to Florence just for this stunning room. It featured a double jacuzzi tub, a lovely terrace perfect for drinks and snacks, and even a sauna room – the first time I've ever seen one in a hotel room, though I didn't get a chance to use it. In short, everything about the room was perfect. The building itself has a charmingly old, manual elevator, which added a unique touch. Now for the downsides: Firstly, it's not in the absolute city center, located about 2 kilometers from the main attractions. While you can walk there, exploring the sights once you arrive still requires a lot of walking, which can be challenging in hot weather or if you're not up for extensive walking (like me). There's also a C1 bus nearby that goes to the sights, but if you don't want to wait an hour, don't even bother! Its schedule is a complete joke; you never know if or when it will show up. That said, I found staying a bit further out totally worth it for such a gorgeous room. My second issue was quite frustrating. Although it's listed as a 'hotel,' it's essentially a guesthouse or Airbnb, meaning there's no front desk. Any problems must be communicated via email with the host. Despite stating he's available 24/7, he wasn't responsive at all. On my first night, there was no hot water for the shower. I emailed the host the next day to report it, but he never replied – not even when he sent a reminder email for check-out! He completely failed to address the hot water issue. Luckily, I returned during the day and coincidentally met the cleaning lady, who helped me fix it. Otherwise, I would have gone a second day without hot water. So, be aware that without a proper front desk, problems might go unresolved... Aside from that, everything else was perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the host also served a delicious breakfast. Oh, and the Chinese embassy is close by, which added an extra layer of safety and peace of mind."

"Overall, a great stay! The location is a huge plus – just a few minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and the Central Market, which makes getting around and seeing the sights incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and patient; they were very helpful with travel route inquiries and luggage storage, and having a 24-hour reception desk gave me peace of mind. The hotel itself has that unique, vintage charm of Florence's old buildings. The room was clean and tidy, and the rooftop terrace offers fantastic views of the city's dome. It's perfectly suited for a short trip to Florence, especially for travelers who prioritize convenience."

"The location was great and the hostel was so clean. It was soundproofed well, whether only quiet people stayed. He cleaned every day and responded quickly to the inquiry."

"A wonderful hotel with great service, and the breakfasts are beyond praise. There's a lovely inner courtyard with a small garden. It's not far from the train station, but you'll need to walk a bit to get to the main attractions."

"Good location, there are many restaurants downstairs, it is convenient to walk to the attractions, but the room is damp and the network is not good (the action network may not have a signal, the wifi signal of the accommodation is also weak)."
