The staff were very welcoming. However, for more than $300/night, I expected a clean room, much more comfortable furniture, and a nicer aesthetic. I chose to stay there, even though it was nearly $200 more than the hotels closer to where I had a meeting, but frankly, this was a cheap hotel - the room was very disappointing for the price point.

The lobby and breakfast was outstanding, as was the staff. The bathroom was the best I’ve been in - loved the shower! The full kitchen and dishwasher in the room was so handy. I also used laundry.
But room layout makes it impossible for person in bed and kids on couch to watch tv at same time. Only way to fix it is 2 tvs.

Staff is an amazing! Quiet area conveniently next to shops. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and fresh as well as their fresh baked cookies. Highly recommend.

Property double booked my room and did not advise me that my secured room was no longer available until 5PM even though I had done a 24 hour advance check in and had reauested the room be ready by 12 if possible. The room that I was given wasnt even ready until 7PM 4 hours after check in. I guess if i had arrived earlier i wouldve have been SOL and had to wait in a parking lot for 4 hours just for the staff to figure out what is going on.
Property itself is nice but the services and staff themselves are borderline and neglect to properly inform their customers of any changes.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly, Joy in particular was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here next time we’re in the area.
