"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything—from the food to the service—was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home.
Our room was lovely and had a balcony, which was a nice highlight even during the summer. We also enjoyed swimming at the beach; although it’s only open until 7 PM, it’s understandable since it gets dark later in the evening.
One of the major highlights for us was the indoor playground for kids. We brought our baby along, and she had such a great time—it made the whole experience even more special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and I want to especially commend a staff member named Yuki. She was so nice, hardworking, and truly stood out with her excellent service.
Another thing worth mentioning is the cleanliness. We went out and came back to a clean and tidy room even without requesting housekeeping—definitely a big plus!
Overall, this was the best staycation we’ve had, and it was a perfect way to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and genuinely happy with our stay. Thank you so much—we will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back again!"
"Checking in before Christmas, there were a lot of guests in the hotel, most of them families with children. Breakfast is full, so go early or you'll have to wait in a long line. The various activities in the hotel are basically focused on children, and there are basically no programs arranged for adults."

"Pros:
Service is friendly, accommodating and efficient
Rooms are great for the price point
Buffet restaurant was surprisingly good , never bored over 5 days
Wide beach with plenty of pool areas
Sports bar is great, but not all drinks are in the all-inclusive, but has premier league football
Cons:
If you drive you will have to park outdoors under a tree and your car will be covered in debris, no underground parking
House drinks could be better, soft beverages are great though
Pools and beach is overcrowded
Outdoor bars close too early
Restaurants are not included with the all-inclusive except for buffet restaurant, suggest guests staying over 2 nights should be able to book within all-inclusive
Overall, was dreading the booking , but was pleasantly surprised."
"It is very good hotel , I like to stay in Rixos , the food was very testy , but the room service in my last stay was not as much as I expected ,,, not as usual , so it need to improve it , I request blanket , at night but nobody come ,,,, but over all I like this hotel ,,, "
"Affordable, with private beach, next to the industrial area. There is no suitable Chinese-style restaurant nearby, the breakfast is average and the Arabic taste. The sea beaches are superb."
"The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach.
We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining.
However, the service was quite poor due to the following:
1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed.
2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long.
3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered.
4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones.
5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time.
6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities."
"Traveling with my family, it was my first time to Ras Al Khaimah. Because of Eid, the hotel was very busy and I had to wait for more than an hour to check in. The beach is beautiful and there is a standard golf course. The room is relatively large, and there is no problem for a family of four. There are two large beds and a sofa. Overall, the room is good. There is a cloakroom and the partition is good and convenient. The children had a lot of fun. There is a swimming pool for children."
"We stayed at this hotel in early April. The location of the hotel is great - practically on the beach, the rooms are huge and very spacious, our room had a kitchen, which is very convenient. Towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff is generally good and responsive. Breakfasts are good, there is a choice, there is a corner where they will cook scrambled eggs or an omelette to your order. Of the minuses - the windows overlooking the sea were dirty (I understand that some construction work is going on in the hotel next door, but this (dirty windows) spoils the overall impression). I would also like to draw the staff's attention to the ”beach” toilet - very dirty and rarely cleaned, you don't want to go there. I would also like to draw the staff's attention to the fact that there is a catastrophic shortage of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach and by the pool during prime time. Mainly because of such ”smart guys” who occupy sunbeds in the morning and do not appear there all day, but come only in the evening - normal people have nowhere to rest because of them! A request to the administration not to keep sunbeds for such ”gentlemen” for the whole day, because ALL guests equally PAID for rest and ALL want and have the right to rest, and ”reservation” of a sunbed in this case is inappropriate! The hotel balances on one leg between 4* and 3* stars, but I hope that the efforts of the staff will hold on to 4*!)
In general, we are happy with the hotel and the rest, we would return to the hotel."
