"最前面要寫一下，這家酒店存在索要好評的情況。其實如果是酒店重視評價，進而把各方面都做得很到位，我覺得也未嘗不可。但這家酒店是有不少欠缺之處（部分問題還存在了挺長時間），這種索要好評雖然讓他們在服務上確實比較好（該誇的也不吝嗇誇），但在設施、衞生、早餐等其他方面，一定程度上成為了他們掩蓋問題的一種方式。在我表達了對他們酒店一些細節上的不滿後，他們仍然以“會扣他們工資”為話術給我壓力，要求我不寫那些。考慮到他們一線人員服務確實做得不錯，可能有些客人想着不要因為負面內容讓他們被扣錢，就不寫了，導致的結果是這家酒店的評價水分比較高，具有一定的欺騙性，有些問題甚至從未被提及過。先説好的： 1️⃣服務確實非常好，尤其戴眼鏡的小哥做得非常到位。第一天我到的時候他們廚師有事外出了，餐廳無法吃晚飯，附近也沒什麼吃飯的地方，這位小哥看我晚飯沒吃，在有限條件下為我想辦法，説有泡麪，我本來以為就是將就一下，結果他還主動去外面採摘他們自己種的新鮮蔬菜，又配上了蛋，為了讓味道更好還用卡式爐放在鍋裏炒，確實很好吃，能感覺到這位小哥的用心周到（圖6-7）。當天晚上下雨打雷，導致周邊片區停電，小哥也是在雨中穿來穿去，想辦法幫我找能照明的設備，從泳池邊拿來了氛圍燈給我作為一個光源（圖8）。 2️⃣環境也很好，很安靜很避世，鳥語花香，鬱鬱葱葱，像個世外桃源，房間裏能看到江郎山的輪廓（圖5）。再説説缺點： 1️⃣上面提到的索要好評，甚至在明確表達了欠缺之處以後，以員工會被扣工資讓客人不要寫，多少讓人不適，也讓評價存在水分（圖1-2）。 2️⃣衞生間下水返臭。據酒店説這是一個存在了一段時間的情況，下雨天就容易返臭，1樓尤為明顯。我當時發現這個問題後立刻聯繫了酒店，管家很主動幫我協調更換了2樓的房間，説2樓會好一點。但很遺憾，2樓的房間也返臭。這個味道讓我有一天都沒洗澡。 3️⃣局部衞生不達標。沙發上這塊污漬那麼明顯，而且看上去已經有一段時間了，應當進行對應的清潔（圖3）。 4️⃣早餐過於簡單且難吃，與這個價位段不相符。早餐是套餐形式，看起來品種繁多，實則沒啥東西（圖4）。早餐的主食第一天是水餃第二天是餛飩，主動提供的量非常少，就三四個，當然可以添加，但作為一個喜歡早餐吃得比較飽的人，我也沒有添加，因為味道實在難吃，這個餛飩皮大概是我有史以來吃過的最厚的，吃兩個就不想再吃了。從我過往住酒店的經驗來看，這個早餐無論是品類還是出品，都不適合出現在定價超過300塊的酒店。"

"上海回福建老家途中開車勞累臨時定的民宿卻超出預期，民宿由之前村裡荒廢的小學改造而成，可以眺望江郎山。由於想更加貼近大自然所以選擇了帳篷房，入夜蛙聲一片，蟲聲窸窣，天然的白噪音！美中不足是帳篷房隔音比較差（隔壁打遊戲，説話聲挺響），睡眠淺的朋友不推薦！由於民宿周邊沒有餐飲所以用餐衹能選擇在民宿裏，各種土菜可以選擇，家常菜的味道，價格略有小貴，還可以接受。整體來講民宿還是很讓人出世放鬆的，但是價格上和民宿周邊環境以及配套、服務上來講略高，如果想走中高端民宿風格，需在服務以及民宿環境細節上再做提升，如果想做平價農家樂，價格需再打下來點，看老闆對民宿未來發展的定位。"

LluyimickeyThis is probably the cheapest hotel I've stayed at. Who would have thought that you could stay at Atour for less than 300 yuan? I'm so happy. The facilities and bedding are as satisfactory as always. I slept very comfortably. It's a new hotel but there's no decoration smell. I feel relieved to stay here. I'll give the hotel some suggestions as always: 1. There is a distinct smell of snail noodles in the public area of the floor. The service staff should be able to detect it. It is recommended to ventilate in time 2. The breakfast has many local characteristics, but the food is not replenished in time, and many ingredients are in poor condition. The core reason is the lack of experienced restaurant managers to do on-site management. Several sisters are very busy and overwhelmed, and the guests' expectations for Atour breakfast are not met 3. In the same building as the Four Seasons, only the middle elevator is valid for swiping the Atour room card, and the other elevator is not working. See the logo in Figure 8 for details 4. The room spray bag is up. I don't know why. The problem has been fed back to the front desk Overall, the price-performance ratio is good, and I will continue to choose this one in the future I believe that after the service staff becomes more skilled, this one will be closer to the standardization level of Atour.

CChenxiaoC@niI took the high-speed rail directly to Jiangshan on Friday night. I saw the hotel before leaving the station. It is very close to the exit of the high-speed rail station. Check-in is very convenient, this time the floor was upgraded. Facilities: very complete, the bed is relatively soft Hygiene: very clean Service: The ladies with job numbers 07 and 10 have a very good attitude. After we checked out the next day, we saved our luggage and went to climb Jianglang Mountain. It happened that it rained heavily on the day of climbing, and we were soaked when we came back. The lady at the front desk also borrowed a hair dryer for us, super nice.

Open a small blind box and give a small gift to the little granddaughter, and treat guests with sincerity. There are many varieties of breakfast. The shower water volume is really large, and it is comfortable to use. It is not far to drive to nearby attractions, Xianxiaguan and 28 are very convenient. If you go to Jiangshan, you will stay again.

Mmichelle820I booked this hotel for a May Day trip. It has a business king bed and a smart system. The bed is also quite comfortable. However, there was a small incident. I arrived at the room at 9:50 pm, but there was no hot water. I was in the bathroom and waited for a long time. I called the front desk and they said that the room was full and the hot water was not available. I had to wait. As a result, the hot water did not come until 10:30. Fortunately, the first person to take a shower was an adult. If it was a child, he would definitely catch a cold. There was no hook in the room. There was no place to put the shower and clothes. Moreover, there was no shelter when coming out of the bathroom. Even if it was a family, it would be embarrassing, right? This design is a bit unreasonable. It is too inconvenient.
