"最前面要寫一下，這家酒店存在索要好評的情況。其實如果是酒店重視評價，進而把各方面都做得很到位，我覺得也未嘗不可。但這家酒店是有不少欠缺之處（部分問題還存在了挺長時間），這種索要好評雖然讓他們在服務上確實比較好（該誇的也不吝嗇誇），但在設施、衞生、早餐等其他方面，一定程度上成為了他們掩蓋問題的一種方式。 在我表達了對他們酒店一些細節上的不滿後，他們仍然以“會扣他們工資”為話術給我壓力，要求我不寫那些。考慮到他們一線人員服務確實做得不錯，可能有些客人想着不要因為負面內容讓他們被扣錢，就不寫了，導致的結果是這家酒店的評價水分比較高，具有一定的欺騙性，有些問題甚至從未被提及過。 先説好的： 1️⃣服務確實非常好，尤其戴眼鏡的小哥做得非常到位。第一天我到的時候他們廚師有事外出了，餐廳無法吃晚飯，附近也沒什麼吃飯的地方，這位小哥看我晚飯沒吃，在有限條件下為我想辦法，説有泡麪，我本來以為就是將就一下，結果他還主動去外面採摘他們自己種的新鮮蔬菜，又配上了蛋，為了讓味道更好還用卡式爐放在鍋裏炒，確實很好吃，能感覺到這位小哥的用心周到（圖6-7）。當天晚上下雨打雷，導致周邊片區停電，小哥也是在雨中穿來穿去，想辦法幫我找能照明的設備，從泳池邊拿來了氛圍燈給我作為一個光源（圖8）。 2️⃣環境也很好，很安靜很避世，鳥語花香，鬱鬱葱葱，像個世外桃源，房間裏能看到江郎山的輪廓（圖5）。 再説説缺點： 1️⃣上面提到的索要好評，甚至在明確表達了欠缺之處以後，以員工會被扣工資讓客人不要寫，多少讓人不適，也讓評價存在水分（圖1-2）。 2️⃣衞生間下水返臭。據酒店説這是一個存在了一段時間的情況，下雨天就容易返臭，1樓尤為明顯。我當時發現這個問題後立刻聯繫了酒店，管家很主動幫我協調更換了2樓的房間，説2樓會好一點。但很遺憾，2樓的房間也返臭。這個味道讓我有一天都沒洗澡。 3️⃣局部衞生不達標。沙發上這塊污漬那麼明顯，而且看上去已經有一段時間了，應當進行對應的清潔（圖3）。 4️⃣早餐過於簡單且難吃，與這個價位段不相符。早餐是套餐形式，看起來品種繁多，實則沒啥東西（圖4）。早餐的主食第一天是水餃第二天是餛飩，主動提供的量非常少，就三四個，當然可以添加，但作為一個喜歡早餐吃得比較飽的人，我也沒有添加，因為味道實在難吃，這個餛飩皮大概是我有史以來吃過的最厚的，吃兩個就不想再吃了。從我過往住酒店的經驗來看，這個早餐無論是品類還是出品，都不適合出現在定價超過300塊的酒店。"
