本來對酒店還是很滿意的，但是發生的一點矛盾讓人心裏不太舒服，具體如下:早上出門前把沒乾的衣服掛到天台，晚上回來收衣服時發現衣服被人用夾子夾在繩子上，但一個酒店的衣撐不見了，當時就跟前台説了，前台説沒關係，結果退房後就接到酒店電話要我賠償，説他們在酒店垃圾桶找到了衣撐，我就納悶是誰扔的了，為了不影響旅遊的心情，我還是賠了錢，但酒店不應該調一下監控查清真相嗎？衣撐到底是不是我或者我的同伴扔的，這錢真心賠的我一頭霧水

很棒。房間大，有文化，早飯好，有細的和寬的兩種米線，其實離古城不算很遠，就是覺得老媽走不動，打車和自駕不如稍微走走，周邊的廣慈湖也是推薦的😆，旁邊有個咖啡廳很美麗。建水，我會再來的

交通方便，免費停車，房間寬敞，服務熱情。
距離米軌小火車站、古城距離都不太遠。
個別設施陳舊老化，如衞生間水嘴活動，但與酒店的優質服務相比較，衹能説是美中不足。
特別值得點讚的是：酒店提供免費洗車，而且保安師傅洗車很認真，車擦得非常乾淨。

優點：乾淨、空間可以，工作人員服務態度好，停車場寬敞，去景點自駕方便
缺點：馬桶沖水後回上來的太多，電吹風簡直就向打電鑽聲巨響，應該更換了。

第一次來建水，房間設施還是有些老舊，床品衞生不錯，早餐有草芽米線，很好吃，客服工作人員很熱情，有需求都會立馬解決。

鉑金會員評價：屬於縣城的老牌酒店吧，屬於十年前的老風格酒店，很多老年旅行團來住，枕頭和床還可以，給了陶藝體驗 雖然我們沒去
缺點：1/ 房間內煙味太大了，被褥傢俱裏都有隱隱約約的煙味，通風了也散不掉，應該服務的主要也是年紀大的抽煙住客 所以房間有煙灰缸；
2/ 設施老舊 門把手都是松的 老紅木門不隔音
3/ 早餐一般 沒啥選擇 就米線還行
