設施：馬桶很智能。商務出差風的歐式酒店，風格是有些年代的感覺，窗户有一個鎖不上，但總體硬件很好。
環境：隔音很棒，住的過程安靜舒服。住的幾天內在電梯遇到的多是出差的人和來旅遊的一家子。
衞生：地板是地毯，被子有一丟丟小印記，但整體很乾凈。
服務：阿姨每天都會來打掃並添加櫃子上的礦泉水和餅乾。
入住需要交按金過後查房就退，因為房裡有不少消費品。
一個人住的話有點沉重的氣氛，不過總體是很舒適的，也很安全！

酒店很好找，停車免費。下午4點進酒店，還不能順利拿房，非常遺憾，幾十年中第一次遇到。後總枱按排下午茶等待。酒店設施應有盡有，學生的筆尺，針線，免費水果，飲料，礦泉水等等，出乎意料。雙人床比較軟，房間如廣告照片中一樣大，符合商務。早餐豐富多彩，並非簡餐。衞生非常不如人意，飲料的擱置玻璃處積着厚厚的灰塵，服務人員八百年不擦，領班人員八百年不查。玻璃杯下也積滿了污垢，一大塊的酒店方沒有人看清，唯獨客人看見了...走的時候總枱又是送小朋友小玩具，紙巾，前台表現非常Nice。衞生方面幾乎是最遭的，除此之外，可以接受。但又有誰還會選擇那麼不講衞生的酒店呢？

免費停車而且很方便，嘉興城市很美很靜逸，尤其交通規劃很贊，雖然酒店年稍久，但當年的豪華依舊可見，室外温度很高，房間空調嘎嘎好用，再也不怕熱了！前台接待的幾位江南美女裝容很有江南特色，辦理入住送了眼鏡布退房送了紙抽禮薄心思濃！房間送了免費水果和點心，我媽説蘋果🍎稀酥蹦脆！很過分的是有免費
休閑雙人下午茶和晚間夜宵，而且品質也都不錯，老爸吃的樂呵的説這個酒店好！更過分的是還有早餐而且吃的很不想家了！酒店雖年留些，到這裏的管理確是如人生正當年啊！一趟南下又返北，酒店不下十多家，這家住的感覺忘了家！嘉興的交通，嘉興的景色嘉興的城市我很留戀，大洋洲假日酒店錦上添花！

開始入住不太滿意，房型沒有了，需要等1個小時才能入住，要求升級房型，被告知不能操作，讓我先去吃飯，再入住！我要求先給我一個房間，我放下東西，開個會，前台表示不方便

酒店大堂不是很大 不過房間設施很齊全 位置也很好 晚上也很安靜 周邊設施也齊全 服務態度非常好 還配有有地暖 入住時候還有温馨小禮包 價格也很實惠 總體來説還是很不錯的

設施：非常完善，4星級酒店該有的都有，房間裝飾傾向於歐化，浴室也比較大

環境：比較幽靜
服務：熱情周到，
這個酒店離南湖景區和月河景區稍遠些，但是環境就更安靜些，附近有超市，也有飯店，對面有公交。令人印象深刻的是酒店的服務非常講究細節，進店時，洗刷用具單獨裝在精緻小包裏，離店時，贈送客人小禮品。自助早餐的飯廳比較大，看環境是經常舉辦婚禮的佈置。下午有茶點供應，晚上有夜宵供應。如果有個泳池的話，再把部分設施翻新下，那升級為五星級也是合格的。
