住宿環境很好，但有一點很噁心人，住宿出門説收按金，微信付款的説退房時原路返還，離店時給的現金，説不能走微信，這就是原路返回?

北方那麼大冷天的，不給開空調就算了，還不給暖氣，問了就態度差差的説我們北方就是這樣的，住了一週，每天給我打掃房間，讓換床單就換個床單，地也不乾淨，浴室也不擦，臨走了，因為有事，商量推遲一下退房，前台口氣強硬的説不行，12點必須退，超時一小時30，不然影響下面工作，我真想請問一下老闆，不是週末，也不是住房高峯期，房間都是空的，你有什麼工作可影響？還説延遲會扣阿姨工資，再請問一下，這跟我有什麼關係？阿姨不容易你給她漲薪了嗎？她扣不扣錢取決於你們的工作安排而不是取決於我。再説，我辦理酒店付款的價格是24小時的，那我入住當天是2點之後入住的，就該享受24小時服務，作為消費者，我有自主選擇商品和服務的權利，且公平交易的權利，憑什麼要接受你們這種強制交易行為！

服務態度極其不好，門口給甩臉子，店大欺客，不讓點外面的水，要求必須在裏面超市買，住的麻將房喊朋友來打麻將也沒洗澡也要收門票説是規定、**酒店差的要死，是有洗浴，廁所除了一個坐便啥也沒有
