這個酒店是個民宿！民宿！不是星級酒店！誤打誤撞訂了這個酒店，住的非常不舒服，因為訂的一樓的房間，讓我見識了平生最潮濕的房間，除濕機4個小時就能裝滿水箱，一晚上被子床單感覺都是濕濕的，自己體會多大的濕度。然後是硬件設施，衞生間東西都挺舊的，不太乾淨，這種價格，連個智能馬桶都沒有。游泳池景光還過得去，戴泳鏡一遊水是臟的渾的，能見度不超過一米，太讓我失望了。總之這是我多年旅行住的最不舒服的一個酒店，暫時沒有之一，也讓我學會了一點，以後看評價衹看差評，衹有差評是真話

不好，一樓庭院房一股酸臭味，無法消除，而且不能開窗，庭院基本沒有用到。這個房間400塊差不多，居然要一千多

設施：確實一般，門鈴也是壞的，房間也沒有立即打掃的按鈕。廁所燈是感應的，上廁所上到一半或者洗澡洗到一半會自己滅掉，摸黑洗澡很無語。
環境：別的房間不知道，我們那個房型在一樓，窗户正對着走廊，人來人往聲音聽的比較清楚，不推薦。房間內有下水道反味和潮味，入住第一天跟前台一位工作人員反映無動於衷，被告知我們房型就是這樣，無法更換。
服務：接機劉磊師傅還有管家服務都很好，其他接駁車的工作人員服務也都很好。
觀光車免費接送告莊西雙景各景點:挺方便的

五星級的價格，招待所的衞生條件。給我的房卡打不開門，保安輕鬆萬能卡開門，極為沒有安全感。衞生間臟到難以進入，一次性拖鞋大概1毛錢一雙。其他就不説了，總之，不推薦。

搜五星及以上搜尋出來的，不知道攜程怎麼給了5星，其實就是普通民宿，根本沒有評級，更別説五星級，衞生什麼的沒有保障，一個小泳池水就沒有換過，渾濁不堪，告莊低劣嘈雜的歌舞表演要持續到23點以後，你根本別指望安靜的休息，本身房間隔音也好差，凌晨三點都能聽到樓下一堆網紅哇啦哇啦，停車也是到對面的停車場……你攜程如實填寫酒店級別是根本不會訂的，感覺被騙了，退也退不了房，整個告莊就是臟亂差，體驗感極差，作為攜程多年鑽石會員對攜程失望至極。

這家酒店根本不符合星級標準，準確的説就是一個民宿。也不值這個價格。我們入住當天三點多房間還沒有收拾好，沒有入住。入住後，網絡信號，冰箱都是工程師過來維修的。電視信號斷斷續續。小童房空調漏水，工作人員解釋因為冷凝造成的。歎氣。最難過的是，一日居然停水，早晨沒有水洗漱沖廁所，快九點多才來水。想問下，星級酒店難道沒有蓄水裝置嗎？？？酒店整理環境不衞生，感覺很舊了，衞生死角打掃也不乾淨。客觀的説，服務態度還可以，但是質量真的很差。不推薦。
