After the reaction in the group, the housekeeper’s first reaction was not to ask the guest if he was injured but to pay 30 yuan, and then sent it to the group. I paid the 30 yuan red envelope and prompted the staff to receive it, but no one received the red envelope in the group until the check-out, but no staff member said whether there is no need to pay or what to do. I feel that no one is watching the group news. 4. It is said that there is a free pick-up service, but no one contacted it until the departure. Later, I personally called the front desk to ask if it could be replaced by a drop-off without picking up the airport. The answer is ok, but there is no butler to ask about the drop-off until leaving the store. Then left on his own. 5. In summary, the hardware and meals at the location are okay, but the initiative and response speed of the service are currently quite lacking. The WeChat butler is basically unable to reply in time. 中秋國慶假期入住，在告莊西雙景的這家寶藏酒店，鬧中取靜，傣泰風格還帶有法式小浪漫。入住期間出了一點小狀況，但是酒店還是盡力去解決了，服務至上，感受到酒店工作人員滿滿的誠意～ 我們入住的是雨林親子房，房間很大很舒適，提前準備了薰香。就是沿街的房間，到了夜裡可能會有一些吵，因為距離星光夜市才幾步路，外面熱鬧非凡～ 酒店的san泰式餐廳，出品非常在線！咖喱螃蟹，多味魚，芒果糯米飯…每一道都好吃，推薦！ 酒店裡還有一衹可愛的柯爾鴨和鸚鵡，孩子們很喜歡，每天逗玩～據説柯爾鴨原來是一對，有一衹跑到路上被車壓死了，可憐的小鴨子…希望現在這衹可以平安快樂的生活～ 希望好的酒店可以被更多人看到，也喜歡酒店越辦越好！

在版納旅遊的幾天都住這，房間很大，設計佈局很有風格，地理位置優越，到夜市很近，但不會吵鬧～有接機/送站和管家服務，每天都有早餐、下午茶和水果。搞衞生的阿姨很熱情，每次見面都會問候～樓下就是它家的網紅泰餐餐廳，可惜時間問題沒嘗過～感謝最後美女老闆送我們，還跟我們聊了很多

很意外在最最人多的春節期間入住還給我們免費升級了房型，體驗很好，房間寬敞舒服，是我這次旅行中印象很好的一家，下次來版納還會選這家！

之前被二怪種草的，一個人來玩首選了來町，還有接機服務。 店裡的女孩們都很好，喜歡窗外的芭蕉還有室外的泡池。一樓可以吃飯，早餐有西式也有中式。

在告莊溜達時無意發現的酒店，比起告莊其他大火的所謂精品酒店，讓人舒服太多了，鬧中取靜，裝修也非常用心。美中不足的是入住當天，酒店沒有熱水洗澡了，跟前台的漂亮妹妹溝通過後，去對面客棧開了房間給我們洗澡，並且提出第二天請我們吃午餐，很是意外。第二天一早，聽到不知名的叫聲，吵的厲害，原本很煩躁的起床開門一看，兩衹可達鴨在房間門口轉悠，原來早上是它們想出籠子，真是可愛又驚喜。本以為是人在囧途，可是處處有驚喜反轉，所以第一次寫了這麼長的評論，告莊能有環境這麼好的酒店，要讓大家都知道。
