Very poor value for money! There were ants in the room; the sheets were all threadbare; the safe was not working; the bedside table light was not on; the price was too different from the brand!

This place is absolutely average. Not terrible but not good. The staff here seemed to be bothered about everything. Sorry to bother you while your working.
The pool area is nice and there are alot of chairs. The best part of this place is the kids activity center. The staff in the activities area was amazing!

Restaurant was not open. Just a snack bar. Snack bar and bar had limited hours. I was told this was due to shortage of staff due to the fire. Housekeeping was not included since we only stayed a week. Overall the resort was beautiful and the stay was excellen. All staff was friendly and helpful.
