"I booked for my family.. My family really likes it. clean and comfortable room for 4 people. In the evening, I got a cake for afternoon tea.. thank you 😄😄 nasi lemak breakfast is very tasty.. There is a swimming pool.. best to be able to take a shower.. the best 👍👍👍"

"We arrived earlier at the Resort around 1.30pm and the front office is already aware about us. They asked us to wait until 3pm. We patiently wait at the dining area. Around 3pm, we saw that the Resort’s staff was entertained other client whom came late than us. We are only able to take our key room at 3pm after many times asking for it. While in the room, the cleanliness was not meet our expectations. The cleaner did not vacuum thus they just mop the floor which had left a smelly odour. The toilet condition also was not in good condition whereby there were leaking and loose water tap. The pillow case also had a stain (as per picture). The cost of using bbq pit also was too expensive, RM100 for build in bbq pit and RM200 for portable bbq pit. While the pool, quite okay for kids."

"The view is spectacular.. I didn't expect this hotel would be this memorable for my stay.. Room is ok, breakfast was ok not so tasty, facilities very good, swimming pool is big and the view while swimming is so breathtaking.. They also have walking distance cafe and steamboat nearby the hotel.. You won't regret if you planning to stay here.. Only a few weakness hotel management need to improve 1. Cleanliness of the cup, the housekeeping did not wash the cup 2. Certain room lamp is broken and make the room darker at night 3. No dustbin in toilet while other room have 4. NO FRIDGE.. Its so sab because it's basic requirement.. I bring a lot of drinks but all i need to throw away because basi. All my picnic food also basi 5. Aircon in certain room not so cold 6. TV got a lot of issues base on the room, no channel, tv red colour, tv freeze every 2 min. I book room NO 2993-2995 and room 2995 almost perfect without any weakness except the glass is dirty and oily the housekeeping is not washing it.. Other room got the above issue i stated Overall for relaxing is highly recommended.. Of u want good room, this hotel is not for u But the view from top only cherengin hills have it! You won't get it in any hotel"

"We love: - atv ride which is fun and full of adrenaline. The itinerary brings you onto steep hill and also muddy area. Best when it rained the night before.... - the field where there is the zip line, trampoline, football and two goal posts, the kids pool and adult pool. Well at least there are activities to do - morning walk just outside of the hotel in the surrounding area - breakfast. Not many choices but enough. The nasi lemak is tasty, it has toasted bread with kaya and butter, some kuihs, it is enough for us - staffs are all friendly and helpful To improve - the water pressure at the shower is too low - some area the plants look like not taken care or groomed A good hotel to stay at Janda Baik."
