easy to find, just 2 min walk from train station and a big building in your right hand side. Though not a new hotel with something in common area preferred to be renewed; in side the room is very nice, large room compared with usual standard. Breakfast very nice

Very convenient location near Kanazawa station, and easy to travel inside city by bus just nearby. Supermarket, coffee, restaurants … very easy for tourist to enjoy the city.

Excellent value for money, and just a 2-minute walk to the station. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Japan. It's perfect for business travelers, but if you're on a leisure trip, you might struggle a bit with luggage space.

Hotel is very conveniently located next to the Kanazawa station. The whole path from the station to the hotel is covered from the rain. Room was nice, had everything, what can be expected. Although its old age is showing a little on the furniture. Overall service was excellent.

I booked the ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa through Ctrip, thinking it would be a decent five-star hotel. However, upon arrival, I found the facilities outdated and the room had a strong musty smell. The room, the environment, and the layout were simply unacceptable for a five-star hotel! Not only were the facilities old, but the room size was also inadequate. Checking Ctrip again, I found the booking was no longer refundable. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to make do for two days. I regret hesitating and not choosing the Hyatt Hotel near Kanazawa Station, which is a newly opened, legitimate five-star hotel with a much better environment! Therefore, I strongly advise everyone to choose carefully; I learned my lesson the hard way, so please avoid this place!
