We reserved with this app. Payment of transfer through this app has been completed. You can see from the photos in the app in front of your stay. But when entering the actual place, the front of the lobby is flattened, the locks are closed, the place is deserted, has a bad smell, the swimming pool is full of fallen leaves, the water is black, and does not cover the place where you have reserved it.
