Royal Classic Resort

There was a my brother in law wedding.. I'm put my baby's show under the coconut tree near the swimming pool because get some wedding photos... But when I coming near the tree the shoe's is missing... I complained staff early morning 11am but they don't care about it and they didn't want to check even cctv also... Very bad service connot recommended anyone...very poor service...

From the beginning to end each and everyone of the staff, the reception staff, restaurant staff and the maintenance crew as well as the management, specially Dhamith and Ihas were really friendly, supportive and helpful.. We asked for a midnight birthday surprise arrangement and they did it really well.And the food was very delicious and worth for the price too.Every price of the bill was reasonable.The location Specially the pool area was superb. Thanks alot Royal Classic Resort and hope to visit again!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

The property lies away from the main Kandy. Reaching it itself is an effort. The front desk was managed by new recruits. We booked and paid for three bedded room. When we reached in the evening we were told that they can provide two rooms only. After a bit of persuasion and fighting we were allotted a room which was half cleaned and in an annexure which didn't have a lift by 7 pm all except the catering people left. By 10 pm only the watchman and few women employees were left.in the night we realised water was low in the washroom. Intercom was not working. When we get down physically and reach the front office the lady employee showed she is helpless.. nothing changed till we left in the morning. It is far off and if you need any help in that God foresaken properly you are doomed Think twice before booking

I spent 10 days at a workshop at the Royal Classic. Everyone made our stay as special as possible. They took great care of us, and always with a smile. The food was amazing. The staff were amazing. My morning staff of Kamesh, Mahesh, Yoshini, Vimesh, Geeneth and Damith were always a joy to see. I felt like this was my second home. My thanks and appreciation to everyone at the Royal Classic.

Excellent Property, Super staff with a smile on their face every time especially the staff handling the catering for all our meals. I was there as a part of a group of 22 people from all over the world and the staff and management made it comfortable for everyone and treated us all as their family. Our stay at the Royal Classic Resort in Kandy, Sri Lanka was from 6th to 10th December 2023. We loved every moment of our stay in this beautiful Hotel,built in the midst of pristine nature,away from any hustle and bustle.I still remember our room and the panoramic view from the balcony.Waking up every morning to such majestic views was fortunate. The service from all the dedicated Hotel Staff members enhanced our happiness! They excelled in all departments,be it dining,house keeping,Reception or the Security. The food was great and much pains were taken to cater to our palate.Vegetarian fare was specially prepared and this was very heart-warming. The House-keeping team was very good too. The Reception team was always ready to help us with any queries/issues. We would like to thank all the hotel Staff members for making us so comfortable and happy.Please forgive us if we have not remembered the names of all Staff. We do remember the following Staff members and thank all of them from the bottom of our hearts:- Meharsh, Tirthan Sandhya, Chaturanga Kawshalya Glodiya Thilanka, Roshan, Pradeep Bhanuka Ravindu Vimesh Kevin Upul Sachin,and Logini We will always remember you for the care and professionalism. This hotel is very good.staff are very cooperated the food hospitality, cleanness,and staff behavior very excellant.The reciption staff is very good they provided number of iteams are in food.wifi also available.very very impressed by our group member nearly 80

Great experience, friendly staff. Always smiling. Great food. Gym is small but enough. Hot water in room is appreciable. Air conditioning is good. Great location. TV is having enough programs. Room view is good.
