Be careful, walk as a group, yesterday a Man strikes one of my family member and stole a bag then he ran away and jumped to the forest. He was following us from verelo Bosne ( horses check point area). They found a blind spot and did the strike in (iv Viteske brigade street.) the street in front of Malak Regency Hotel. This is a blind spot and there is no CCTV in this area.

This hotel looks nice, however, the cleanliness levels aren't great. There is alot of mould in the bathrooms, and in one the shower head was coming away from the ceiling and leaking from the pipes in the ceiling. In the other the bath shifted alot and creaked when standing in it. The beds are large and relatively comfortable. The kettle was filthy with white gunk floating in it. There is also a bad smell outside the back of the hotel, I think coming from nearby buildings/factories. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was not always easy, unless you are willing to walk alot. There is only one disabled bay at the front which gets blocked off during some events. People often seemed to park across the closer parks, and often people sped around the drop off zone very fast. One driver came very close to hitting me as a pedestrian. The barber attached to the hotel is very friendly and polite and does a good job. The hairdresser/salon had one woman working in it who seemed very annoyed/rude when we enquired to services and prices. However, her colleague came in, and took over who had excellent customer service. Unfortunately I was quite put off by the first staff member as she made it seem like it was such an inconvenience we were there. The pools are quite nice and large, however, it is open to the public so lots of people on weekends. The slides aren't open all the time, but were on the weekend. I cannot say I recommend the massages in the hotel at all. My partner and I had 2. The first was quite enjoyable, however, the second was painful and I repeatedly told the masseuse it was too hard. She argued saying it needed to be and I would ”feel better for it later”. I did not, I have uploaded photos of the severe bruising on my arms that I was left with. I have been unable to sleep on my side for days and any form of touch is agony. I did go back and complain, and I was told it was because I had 2 massages in close succession. This cannot be the case as the first masseuse did not even massage my upper arms. She proceeded to rub ice up and down the bruises which did not help, and then put a peppermint oil on the bruises. I was reluctant to let her as I am not a fan of peppermint but she insisted it would help. I had been wearing a brand new dress that day and she pushed down the sleeves across the bruises on to the oil as far as she could, I think to hide how bad they were to other clientel. I have washed the dress 3 times already and still can't get the peppermint oil off it. The peppermint did not help at all. My partner has been very upset that they paid for the massage for me to be hurt so badly, and was annoyed the masseuse seemed to be full of excuses as to why it happened rather than taking responsibility. Reception staff were very helpful in providing ice for the bruising and swelling, and showed alot of empathy and kindness to the pain I have been in. Room service could be hit and miss. The hotel is located in the business district. There is a large and upscale restaurant downstairs. There is a bowling alley, a swimming pool, a spa, a supermarket, a hairdresser’s shop on the first floor. push

We stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. The hotel is a small drive out of the old city and the hotel is relatively new. Check-in was relatively quick and you can have some fun on the swings they have in the lobby. There are two stairwells in the hotel, so Reception will tell you which one to take to get to your room. Our room was at the end of the corridor and was nice and large. We had twin beds which were both big and comfy and everything was clean and tidy. Our room had plenty of space, a flatscreen tv, desk and chair and you can also see that the design was made to look as though part of the room had been built on. The bathroom was also large, with a big shower, nice fluffy towels, and plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was very good - a good selection of hot and cold food. Plenty of juices, hot drinks and fruit etc. There's a spa and pool that you can use if you want to - we arrived late so just before it closed. The rooftop bar has great panoramic views (see the photo). Overall, I really liked this hotel and so did my friends.

I need to be honest that I was very disappointed by this hotel as I cannot imagine how this is a 5 star hotel. Except for one very nice and friendly welcome at the reception desk upon arrival I cannot say that I was happy with the hotel. One of the biggest problems was that I did book this hotel because of the apparently giant spa area, which was closed during my stay there. Apparently this isn’t a one time issue, as I found out the spa is regularly closed. I don’t understand why this cannot be stated up-front via email notification and why I didn’t receive any compensation for this problem. I booked the Radon Plaza specifically because of the spa area, otherwise I would have never stayed at this hotel to be honest. One of my worst revelations was actually at the breakfast. I haven’t seen such a gross and disgusting breakfast at a 5 star hotel in Bosnia and I have seen quite a bit now. There was no napkins or silverware to take the items from the buffet, people were using their bare hands. It was just disgusting. The waiters weren’t very friendly either, I had to take my silverware from another table.

The hotel is located in Lukavica just a little outside of Sarajevo. With the taxi from the city center it costs about 5-6 Euro, from hotel to city center it is about 4 Euro (is located at the different taxi prices in RS and FBH). Wi-Fi available and good, rooms clean, even though there was only a broken toilet brush with me. Beds ok, TV with many programmes (also international). Heating has worked very well, unfortunately too warm and without closing. Reception friendly and fast (in the 1st floor). 24h occupied reception. Minibar also in the 1st floor. Rooms prices are ok and appropriate. Breakfast is rich, but here is a considerable potency for dessert. You can let it pass, but in fact not. Bosnians are good hosts, why don't they show it at breakfast in this hotel? A sort of cheapest white bread, although this country can make such great bread, egg food has been there for 2 hours and are like rubber (at the number of guests that were there, you could have been preparing it freshly), The two ladies sitting on a table, referring to the rubber-like eggs, denied the demand for a omlet as an impossible challenge. The question of black tea (which is very common in Bosnia) was dealt with with the notice that there would be 10 tea varieties available. (It is true that there were more than 10 varieties of fruit tea and black tea with chimt, but no normal black tea).... etc. all wasn't dramatic, but couldn't be what it could be. Since the hotel is quite far outside and can certainly also need more customers, you might need to consider how to get a positive relief. After I was looked at ”special wishes” twice in fact only incredulous, I gave up... but it happens sometimes wonders. I hope it for the hotel, because it still has potential.

The location of the hotel is relatively biased and it is recorded that Sarajevo is ten kilometers. But the hotel environment is really good, you can park for free, and the breakfast at the restaurant is great. I love eating his family's meal.
