The apartment itself was nice and modern, however there was a serious issue with pricing. Upon arrival, we were hit with a hidden €215 “final cleaning” fee that was not clearly disclosed when we booked (it was only mentioned in fine print and not included in the total price shown). This fee significantly increased the cost of our 2-night stay – by almost 35% more than what we expected to pay. I find this practice extremely non-transparent and unfair to guests. Both the hotel and the booking site refused to refund the charge, so I want to warn others to be aware of this hefty hidden fee.

Fine cottage. Nice location with a ski bus right in front of the house. Furthermore, it stated that you didn't need to bring towels, but we were a group of 12 and each had one towel for 5 nights. When we asked if we could have an extra towel, the response was that we had to pay 10 euros per towel. The sauna was sometimes closed at times when it was supposed to be open. And the swimming pool was really extremely cold. Additionally, you do have to bring your own garbage bags, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper. We only found that out once we were there.
