"Booked this hotel because of the convenience of transportation. It is close to the train station, and the departure station of the red double-decker bus No. 1 to the Blue Mountains is also across the road from the hotel. (see last picture)
This is a hotel with a long history, and the facilities have a sense of history. For example, the door of the elevator is an iron door that needs to be closed by itself, and it can only seat up to four adults. The hotel's restaurant, reception room, and library are all very historical and cultural. I've seen too many horror movies, don't live if you're afraid of this style.
The rooms are clean with high ceilings. It's just that it's an antique hotel style that everyone didn't see much before. My room has a wardrobe and a bright mirror facing half of the bed. It's hard to say.
Buffet breakfast is bread fruit and milk. Single than the average hotel. If you want to eat better, order your own food.
The aunt at the front desk of the hotel was quite enthusiastic. We checked out and went to the Blue Mountains to play and told us not to worry, play slowly, and the luggage will be looked after for us. Then.... didn't give any luggage storage receipt, just let us go... It's more primitive, but the people are very hospitable. When she came back in the afternoon to pick up her luggage, she greeted her warmly as soon as she entered the door. Maybe there are no other Asian guests in the whole hotel. Finally, I would like to add that most of the guests of this hotel are middle-aged and elderly tourists, mainly Australians. Young friends don't like this style of detour."
"Old hotel, urgent need for renovation.
Very old carpet, very old furniture.
Insects dead and alive all the edges of carpet, photos attached.
If you move old furniture you will see more.
Cob webs in the ceiling.
Was given room number 42,
not 54m as promised in booking. Left the property after one night, waiting for full refund for second night promised by Manager / Staff."
"The hotel is located on the edge of the town centre, ten minutes walk from the train station, and the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are complete. The facilities are old but the overall decoration is still very retro and the staff are very welcoming. Breakfast is very common Australian food and not very tasty, but still acceptable."

"This motel is exactly what it said online. Convenient and quiet location to go to the Scenic World and main towns in the Blue Mountains area.
Very friendly staff at reception upon arrival.
Spacious and clean room and facilities.
We had a very cozy stay, thank you!"
"During working hours, there is no one at the front desk, telephone contact, the room is not locked, the room has been reserved, and everything is smooth."
"It is very nice and big room for 4, one Q bed and 2 single beds. And close to many restaurants.
Easy to go to see the Three Sisters.
Thanks for helping us check in late.
Thanks very much. See you."
"Hotel Blue is classic, old hotel with a lot of character. Although the hotel is dated, we were relieved to find that the room was recently refurbished, with AC and great amenities. I couldn’t fault the stay, and would certainly return. Fantastic location in Katoomba!"
"10 stars! Best accommodation in blue mountain! Even better, it’s close with the town! I would love to come back again and stay at this place. Totally amazing!"
"The room was beautiful and well cut. It was very clean and wonderfully preheated.
Although we arrived before the reception end, the reception was unsafe and the conversation via a communication button was very unfriendly. When a pronounced, loud persistent peifton for about 2 1/2 hours all the hotel floated, despite multiple contacts with this button, a solution to this very unfriendly problem was rejected. The room was beautiful as I said, but the way to deal with guests was impossible.
Therefore, we would not stay there anymore."
"The room is quite big and there is a small sofa. There are two bottles of milk and two bottles of water in the refrigerator. To be honest, I stayed in so many hotels with similar prices this time, and this one was the only one with water, which made me cry. The entire house is in retro style, and there are fireplaces and sofas in the public areas. However, check-in at the front desk is until 5 pm, and no one will be there any later. I saw that Ctrip showed that it was before 00:00, so I went there after 8 pm, but there was no one there. Later we communicated on the phone, and the key was left in the key box for us. We took the key to the room by ourselves, which was pretty smooth ~ overall very good satisfy"

GGuest UserHad a comfortable stay here, opted for the top bunk because the bottom one did not have an outlet available. Had a sock fall behind the cabinet so when I shifted things to get them back, found quite a few items and lots of dust. Bathrooms didn’t have the cleanest feel to them, and neither did the carpet, though nothing was outright gross. Really really liked the building / architecture / stained glass. Kitchen is huge and so was common area, plus location was great. Would stay here again but wouldn’t take anybody I was trying to impress.
GGuest UserFirst of all, I am very satisfied with the place. It is in Huntervalley, surrounded by vineyards and wineries, and the air is so good. The whole person is fresh and 🈶️energetic, and there are cows braying at night, which makes me feel like I'm in a fairyland! Overflowing with happiness! Especially worth coming to see.
Aabgc00We didn’t have any expectations and just booked whatever what came first in the search for a hotel in Blue Mointains so we were really surprised with how much offer this hotel has! A lot of offered activities for both adults and kids - there’s a cinema, a mini ranch, an arcade room (we really enjoyed playing the walking dead), swimming pool, ice skating rink, etc. We were quite surprised in a good way! :)
GGuest UserA little disappointed. On arrival room ac did not work. Had to get hotel staff to clean the filter which was full of dust.
There was a stale smell from the carpet, so had to leave patio door open for first 30 minutes each time we arrived. We did not create a fuss since we were only there for 2 nights.
There were all the all the things like microwave, toaster, etc. The location is good with walking distance to restaurants etc.
GGuest UserThe hotel is the oldest house in the town, and it has a lot of history.
The hall below is open as a public space, and it feels especially good to drink wine by the fireplace at night.
It is within walking distance of the train station, but it is in the opposite direction of the town's commercial street. If you are alone, it is a bit panic to walk back to the hotel at night. The advantage is that it is very quiet.
WWENZHEThis motel is in a good location, very close to Leura town and the Three Sisters Peak, but the only bad place is that all the rooms are on the side of the road, there is a big van at night, which is quite affecting sleep. It is not recommended to stay here with sleep problems. This hotel does not need to pay a deposit. After booking online, you can check in directly. The hotel facilities are quite complete. There is air conditioning, hot water and not cold at night. The facilities are relatively old, basically have not been renovated in more than ten years. However, 100 knives a night is still very cost-effective
GGuest UserThere are everything near the hotel, supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, selling travel supplies, more convenient, also near the subway station, if you do not have a car, preferred here, otherwise you have to break your leg to eat a meal.
LLisa MargaretThe first room we were given had strong smells from the onsite restaurant and another smell that we couldn't pinpoint unpleasant). There was a lot of condensation on the window and the room was overall very gloomy and dark (room 101). When wefedbackk to the onsite staff, without hesitatio,n they very quickly offered us an upgrade to a room that was much more pleasant, smelled fresh and was lovely and bright, at no extra cost. We really appreciated it. Breakfast was continental style and completely sufficient for our needs.
GGuest UserThe room is relatively small, but the scenery is really beautiful. The layout of the lobby and the hotel has a Chinese classical charm, a fusion of Chinese and Western, and the colors are very beautiful. Breakfast is also very healthy. You can try the afternoon tea and stay there if you have the chance.
GGuest UserThis is truly an amazibg stay, very close to the 3 sisters walk, i checked in late and the person at the counter was very helpful. Is cosy lodge with unlimited number of room😂.It has all the amenities needed, a balcony to view the entire mountains. It gets quite cold at night as it doesnt really have a heater. Overall amazing stay.
