Kemerovo Hotels with Wi-Fi

I stayed at that hotel overnight in mid-August, when on tour of Siberia. It's a fully-fledged five-star property with all the necessary attributes - spacious rooms, comfy beds, great sound insulation, nice breakfast, spa, smiling hospitable staff and - the last but not the least - excellent location. Plus, my room boasted a marvellous view of the river Tom'. Groovy! I'd also note that girls at the reception were not only professional but genuinely ready-to-help. A nice example of their informal customer approach was demonstrated when they easily and I'd say elegantly structured a private city tour for us four which in such a non-touristic megapolis as Kemerovo was helluva challenge. Bravo, young ladies! Upon leaving we were really sorry that our itinerary prevented us from staying with them longer. Jesus Christ, I'd love to return there! Strongly recommended.

The last time I was at the hotel 4 years ago, I will tell you he hasn't really gotten worse over these years. Good room, all the foam was, coat, slippers, tea table and sugar tea. They booked 2 rooms from the organization for a day and 2 days later for a day (drove through Kemerovo). On the way there stayed in the hotel 26.02, more and less normal. Since there were competitions in the city to find the hotel quickly, there were no places. We had to go to them for the matter and pay for the rooms in advance. Further, it is also interesting, the account was put at 2 hours, as we budget organization and pay through the bank instantly impossible (and they needed it, or the next day will not settle), we began to try to pay as a private person through the sberbank on-line, Of course no QR codes (the account was issued), payment on requisites, to specify the number of the reservation and a bunch of other difficulties. Okay. Further interesting - the commission. I don't know why. Or another region or what the matter. Somehow they paid, they left our reservation. On arrival at the hotel, they are not in the room that was ordered (not the studio, but the standard), saying that they have different studios (for the first time the studio was like the studio, by the way). The second room at all looked for minutes thirty (repeat, paid booking was!!!). It was impossible to sleep in the hotel, the walls are cardboard, probably. Here, of course, the full loading (it is not their fault), but the walls.. The only plus is early breakfast and good food. The hotel we have put in the ”black list,” for the first time we have faced such attitude and such organization of the accommodation process.

Hotel is medium. Rooms are clean (I had a one-bed standard room). Rooms have a teapot, refrigerator, water, TV. Interior and furniture are old. Breakfast Swedish table is not bad. Generally for a night.

At work we arrived with a colleague in Kemerovo and accommodated at the Times Hotel.We first stayed in a not big hotel. I liked everything! From the nice girls - administrators of Kseniya and Darya, who were very attentive to all our requests and questions and to the kitchen staff!
