"Traveling with kids, we planned to visit the North Slope of Changbai Mountain, but unfortunately, the scenic area was closed for three days due to a typhoon. However, the hotel was great! They provided complimentary hot spring tickets, so we could enjoy a dip every day. The hot springs themselves were decent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and attendants available 24/7. The hotel environment was lovely, with wild cherry and blueberry bushes planted at the entrance, and even little bunnies, so we weren't bored at all. Not far from the hotel, there were ginseng picking spots, the Jiuxi Tingquan scenic area, and rafting opportunities."

"Staying at this hotel during Chinese New Year was such a heartwarming experience! They offer a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, and the owner is incredibly kind and genuine. It was difficult to get a taxi during the holiday, so he personally drove us to the Changbai Mountain Tourist Reception Center and even called us in the evening to see if we needed a pick-up. We had a lot of luggage and wanted to mail some of it home, but couldn't during the New Year period. The owner graciously offered to mail it for us after the holiday, free of charge. On New Year's Eve, he even specially prepared some food for us – it truly felt like home for the holidays. The room was clean and tidy, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. Choosing this place was the luckiest part of our trip. Definitely five stars, we'll certainly stay here again next time!"

"Facilities: It has a smart toilet and electric curtains, just the kind of decor I wanted. Cleanliness: Clean Environment: It has a balcony with a view of Changbai Mountain on a clear day, but there's not much else to see. It's in the middle of nowhere, so taxis are hard to find, and minibuses take a long time to arrive. Service: There's a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. If you're unsure what to do, just ask; the owner is a local expert."

"Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here."

The hotel is close to all the parks by the river and to the town where you can find good restaurants. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay for us."

"They offer a shuttle service to and from the station, which is super convenient. The hotel environment is lovely, and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a loft, and the upstairs area was huge and very comfortable for sleeping. The location is also excellent; you can find so many places to eat right outside, and most of the local specialties are nearby. The owner is also very warm and friendly. Plus, it's really close whether you're heading to Changbai Mountain or Yunding Tiangong."

"Hotel very big space with 3 bed rooms and living room and kitchen, it’s one floor for us and can stay less than 10 people. Good location and facilities. Special the owner very helpful and good arrangement for our leisure traveler. Free pick up from train station 🚉 as well. The location very good as well, it close to Changbaishan center and Er Dao Bai He as well. I would like to recommend to my friends or family and would like to stay again next time."

"The service provided by the hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Complimentary transportation was arranged from the railway station to the hotel, and guests are also provided transport to Changbai Mountain. An advantage is the hotel’s dedicated access lane which allowed us to reach the mountain much faster than regular visitors, although the return journey still requires queuing with everyone else. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job throughout our stay. The hotel is also partnered with a nearby hot spring facility, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day on the mountain. The hotspring can only be described as chakra alignment. We missed breakfast at 9 AM, but the staff kindly prepared an entire table of food for us despite our late arrival. That gesture alone left a lasting impression and showed how much they cared about their guests. Special thanks to Annie and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable. Some caveats though: the hotel is located higher up the mountain, so dining options outside of the hotel restaurant are rather limited. There is also no self-service washing machine, which may be inconvenient for longer stays. Additionally, having WeChat is a must, as many of the hotel’s services and communications are handled through it."

Visiting the Cloud Top Palace, Cloud Top Market, Edelweiss Park, and Frozen Rose are all just a few minutes' walk, about 10 minutes. No need to take a taxi. The owners are all very nice; the ladies there are incredibly kind. They even provided free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, which was extremely nice! They chatted with us the whole way, telling us about the area and helping us avoid any problems. This is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in. The room facilities are complete, and the room is very clean. Most importantly, the owners are incredibly kind. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Changbai Mountain. Looking forward to seeing you again!"
