"The hot spring was incredibly comfortable; spending Mid-Autumn Festival here was a unique experience. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk was very efficient with check-in, the room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, and hot water came quickly. The location is also unbeatable, right next to the subway station with plenty of dining options nearby. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Before checking in on the 25th, Annie, the Guest Services Manager at Changbai Mountain Guanyue Hotel, added me on WeChat and proactively shared important information about our stay and local attractions. We arrived quite late that day, and Sister Wang (I specifically asked for her name so I could mention her in this positive review) at the front desk was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. Manager Annie was also very patient and helpful. The service was excellent all around, and the hotel's grounds were beautiful. Our kids had a great time, and they also loved the hot springs nearby! Thumbs up! 👍👍 Highly recommend this place!"
