"Overall, the stay was good. However, we booked a room with 3 single beds, but instead we were given 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. At first, the receptionist suggested that we downgrade to a room with 2 single beds and add 1 extra single bed, downgrade??😂 but we rejected the suggestion because it wasn't worth the price we had paid. In the end, after seeing that we were not willing to compromise, they offered us a three-bedroom apartment on Level 20+. However, since there were only three of us (all girls), we felt the apartment was big and a little scary, so we chose to stay in the room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed so we could stay together. So, the bed type you select on Trip may not be the one you actually get. If you have a specific bed preference, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm it."

"In my opinion, the room was a bit dirty with old paint, and the kitchen sink was unusable. The kitchen equipment was basic, and the bathroom was just okay. The view, however, was great; we could see the city of Nagoya, and the night view was beautiful, allowing us to watch the go-karting. There was no Qibla direction marker, the Wi-Fi didn't work properly (it kept cutting in and out), and the TV only had YouTube. This was quite disappointing, especially since it was our anniversary, and we couldn't watch any other channels because the Wi-Fi was so unreliable. So, overall, I'd say it was just an average apartment stay. Thank you"

"I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition. However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room. The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇"

The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam."

"Aston residence location wise is good very close to town easy access to food center by walking distance and entertainment center too. Room quite spacious and facility such as gym swimming pool and many more can be utilized. Simple self check in process."

"The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the city center, located next to a golf course. It's a spacious property with beautiful scenery and a great environment. The pool is large, and the breakfast is abundant, making it a very family-friendly hotel. The staff are very welcoming, especially Nurul, who helped us a lot, and our children really liked her. We are very grateful for her warm service. We suggest the hotel maintain the table tennis and billiards facilities on the 10th floor. Also, air conditioning should be provided in the table tennis room even during off-peak hours, not just when there's a high occupancy on weekends."
