"The apartment was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. It was small and cosy, yet spacious enough to open one big and one small luggage comfortably. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Trash disposal instructions were clearly stated in the guidebook, so be sure to refer to it. Do note that toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, so remember to bring your own. Located in Haeundae, it takes about 30 minutes from Busan Station to get there via tax, but the area is convenient—close to the beach and the night market."

"The front desk area is a bit basic, but the room itself is standard. Luggage storage is pretty casual; you just leave your bags next to the front desk. It's very close to Lotte Department Store and there are two 7-Elevens nearby. A taxi from Busan Station to the hotel costs about 20-30 yuan."

"Stayed at UH Suite The Haeundae and honestly, I’d totally recommend it to friends. The beachfront room is 100% worth it; waking up to the ocean view right in front of you is such a vibe, especially in the morning and at sunset. The room itself is clean, modern, and quite spacious compared to typical stays in the area. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall design feels cozy but still stylish. Location is also a huge plus, just steps away from Haeundae Beach, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Service was smooth and hassle-free, and check-in/check-out was easy. Overall, it’s a great mix of comfort, location, and value. If you’re going to Busan, I’d definitely say go for the ocean view room, it really makes the whole experience."

"The location of Haeundae Prugio City is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to the beach, and if you walk a little further back, you'll find easy access to the bustling bar street and Haeundae Market. The room facilities, including the air conditioning, TV, and bathroom, were all very satisfactory. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent, making it quiet enough for a great night's sleep. Highly recommended!"

"Check in is very efficient without needing to register at front desk. All info was given a day before the arrival. Location is perfect just outside Jagalchi station walking distance to BIFF night market street. Room is equipped with plates, bowls and cutlery make it easy if you packed food back and ate in the room. We were lucky the room is facing the sea with a magnificent view."

"1. **Location**: Not far from the heart of Centum City, making it convenient to get around. 2. **Facilities**: The duplex layout is great for three people. The shower and toilet facilities are good, and the refrigerator performs much better than those in hotels. Being an end unit, it was surprisingly quiet, even during a holiday, so we slept very well. 3. **Cleanliness**: This was the only disappointing aspect. We found three hairs in total (in the refrigerator, on the stairs, and on the floor), which led to significant pressure from my sensitive wife. 4. **Parking**: The parking spaces were a bit narrow, but there were plenty of spots available, and it was great that it wasn't a mechanical parking system. If the cleanliness issue is addressed, this would be an excellent value-for-money option for a family of three."

"This hotel is centrally located and next to metro station. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our stay coincide with the Busan Sand Festival. The event is within walking distance from our hotel. There are amazing large scale sand sculptures by international artists. There are many restaurants to choose from. The only setback with this hotel is there are only 4 lifts serving 42 floors. The waiting time can be more than 5 minutes. Suggest the hotel reprogram the lifts such that 2 lifts to serve 1 to 22nd floors and the other 2 lifts to serve certain lower floors and 23 to 42nd floors to reduce waiting time."

"Trip.com had a mismatch with this booking and I stayed at Hyoi Stay Busan Songdo. It's the same hotel as they said, just a different name. It's also the same building and room type was identical. So my review is for Hyoi Stay. Great hotel, new, very clean room with a washing machine and a dryer. Location is also great, view from the room was beautiful. Hotel is like airbnb, room also had a kitchen and a balcony. Very helpful and nice manager met me near entrance of the building to help find the office on 3rd floor to check-in. Now, if you don't have a car and don't use taxi, be careful as the walk from the bus stop is going downhill and if you have a heavy bag coming back up can be hard. Even with this it's only 10 minutes walk from bus stop. Overall 5/5 loved it, would gladly stay again."

"The hotel is next to the subway station just about 5 mins walk. There are convenient stores and restaurants nearby. It is not close to the tourist spot but the transportation is convenient. The staff is patient and helpful during my whole trip. The hotel has a high cost performance ratio. Recommended to traveler likes quite place."

"This hotel is located one street back from the main road leading from Haeundae Station to the beach. Next door is a convenience store, and the building is called 'Haeundae Avenue'. When you enter, the front desk on the left belongs to a different hotel. For Avenue Haeundae by The Solid Residence, you need to take the elevator at the back up to the 2nd floor and use the self check-in kiosk. (There are three elevators, and all stop on the 2nd floor. It's sometimes the case in Korea that one building houses two hotels.) If you have any questions or need to store luggage before check-in, room 202 next to it serves as the office. The location is super convenient, close to both the station and the beach, with a convenience store right next door. I stayed for 5 nights during the BTS concert period, so the price was a bit higher than usual. However, compared to other hotels, it was still a very reasonable price. The hotel had just been renovated, and some areas in the room had a strong smell. Also, it was disappointing that the cleaning of the floor and dining table was insufficient. All the hotel staff were kind. Only one person spoke English, but they used a translator to understand requests and responded politely. The room is well-equipped for long stays with a mini-kitchen, induction hob, microwave, (pots, pans, kettle, dishes, and even a washing machine – though no dryer, there is a drying rack), making it very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of instructions for remote controls and such. Even after using a translator, I couldn't figure it out and had to call staff for an explanation. There's no daily cleaning service during your stay, but if you ask, they'll collect trash and exchange towels. Otherwise, you have to go to the office to get towels, water, and toilet paper. Because there are two hotels in the same building and each room is managed by a different company, when I asked a cleaning staff member in the hallway to exchange my towels, they told me that my room belonged to a different hotel company and I needed to go to the office. Also, I booked a premium ocean view room, but this hotel is a bit far from the beach, and there are two large buildings between the hotel and the beach. As a result, only a small glimpse of the beach is visible between the buildings, so I feel 'premium ocean view' is a misnomer. Despite these minor issues, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the kind and attentive staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Busan."
