Yes the staff was friendly and the room was clean but for the same money you can find a lot better. The place is old, from the moment you step into the elevator to the room, it needs a serious remodeling.
And the “hotel guests reserved” parking lot… 30$… I’m confused, am I really the guest?

My bed was comfortable. Price too high for room , breakfast buffet. I did eat lunch and was very satisfied with cost, service and food.

The mattress in room 1209 needs to be replaced. It's excessively lumpy and sags to the middle.
Pillows are feather which I am allergic to.
Not worth $350/night.

We decided to stay at this hotel since we were attending The Dinner Detective. After checking in, we went to the lounge for a cocktail. The service staff couldn't be bothered. There was only one other couple in the bar at the time and we waited 15 minutes to be served. The staff had several distracted side-conversations during the time they might have been providing a nice experience for their guests. We have previously stayed at a competitor's hotel and will do so in the future. Overall, the room was decent but certainly not up to the Hilton brand. The interior, especially the bathroom was in sore need of TLC. On a good note, the front desk staff was friendly and attentive.

The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant staff were the worst. Nobody behind the bar knew what they were doing and really had no interest in serving clients, it was a chore for them. I even told the manager they should be better trained and taught good customer service skills.

Not the Hilton experience expected. Every single detail lacks luster. The bed was stiff and sheets not luxurious. The ceiling ugh. The door seal left big gaps, so you could see the light from the hall all night, and hear the hallway activity at anytime. Parking was difficult to validate and can trigger a personal ticket, not a parking ticket, if not accounted/validated correctly. Staff said a personal ticket could affect your credit score? Bad parking accountability. The layout of the room cannot be cured. Tiny bathroom. The furniture in the room and lobby look used, rehomed and didn’t flow. The staff seems to be trying their best with what they have been given to work with; not true Hilton quality by far.
