Homewood Suites by Hilton Knoxville West at Turkey Creek

A lot of the rooms face the highway which is very noisy and is busy all day and night. I found the noise a problem when sleeping and we use sound machines. Also reserved a top floor suite, was given one on the 3rd floor, told my reserved room was not available. The guests above were noisy late and night and early morning, jumping, running, etc. Rooms need to be updated/refreshed. Carpet had a hole in it and looked worn/not clean. Same with walls and black grout in bathroom. Cleaning staff is very pleasant and helpful. Front desk was not and not always there or responded when you rang the bell. Tried calling front desk a few times, no answer.

The suite was large enough for our family of four. Equipped with essentials to make small meals. All the staff was Wonderful and knowledgeable. We have stayed in other Knoxville properties in the Cedar Hills area and this is by far the best value for the price

Had a great experience at this Hilton! Stayed Aug 19th for a volleyball tournament. All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Bri, Josh, and John went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful! They were very accommodating to help our team watch their high school football team they were missing. They helped us get everything set up and were just overall awesome! This hotel will definitely be our first choice for future tournament stays!

Cumberland House Knoxville Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Janice, formerly known as ”Strephanie the Old Fashioned Queen” provided service, attention, and delicious drinks to a degree that most hotel bartenders would dare to travel to. Janice had looks. Janice had sex appeal. Janice was punctual, most of the time. However Janice had skills that would put East Tennessee's best bartenders to shame. Her attention to detail was undeniable as seen in the large, delicious, smooth ice balls in my old fashioneds. I once saw a man walk up to Janice, hold his empty wine glass up to her, and say, ”more please.” Janice filled his glass promptly, way past where I would've filled it, and accepted a $56 tip. Great work, Janice, for an average Pinot Grigio. That guy was a total tool, though. Janice was ”Bright as a Button” and her smile radiates throughout the bar...and my dreams. I'll miss you, Janice. Until next time, 8:55 will always be a memorable time in my heart. You know why. Ring my bell, Steph, ring it.
