Absolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list. Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday. .

Nice resort on the beach. The small rooms where I was were ok but the bungalows with the view on the sea seems very nice.

Room was nice but I could see on few beach view and got almost the rare room of the resort! Staffs are helpful and provided pier pick up and drop off. Private beach and peaceful view. However only few choices for breakfast. Overall great place to stay and near by the dive shop!

The location is easy access to walking street. Nearby the sea even when you stay at standard room. Nice facilities and staff. The condition of room is satisfied. The breakfast provided is super simple.

Overpriced

The overall atmosphere is very good. It is a resort located on the beach, away from the community. Both sides of the road are shady with big trees and flowers. In the morning, you can hear the sound of birds chirping and the wind blowing through the trees, giving a feeling of relaxation and freshness. The room we stayed in was a single house. The room was clean, spacious, the bed was soft, and had complete facilities. It was quiet and private. The staff were lovely and attentive to customers. Breakfast was provided. The food line was Thai food and American breakfast. In the afternoon, the restaurant had a promotion for various drinks for you to try. The price was reasonable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and looked delicious. The price was reasonable as usual. From the restaurant, walk straight to the beach for us to walk around. If we were tired from doing outdoor activities, opposite the restaurant, there was a massage shop of the resort for us to use. Between the restaurant and the massage shop, there were beds on the beach for us to lie down and relax or read a book. What we really liked was that there was a swing for us to sit on beautifully and take pictures of the atmosphere by the sea.

The accommodation is okay. The door is not strong. Cleaning is like just pulling the bed sheet. Breakfast is not delicious and not much variety. Luckily, I could still eat some fruit.
