breakfest very slim
climbing to your room and to go out from the hotel to the parking is like hiking
ocean view or beach view is the same no eleveter to the rooms and its like climbing 6 floors from the pool area

Amazing place with the beautiful beach and amazing swimming pools. Good for relaxing and enjoying in the resort as it is quite far from the “city” center 😁 Staff is helpful and well organized. Thank you!

The location is a bit far away from town. However, the service is quite nice with friendly a**osphere. Beautiful scenery around including the soft beach. 3 swimming pools are really unbelievable with cozy view.

Spent more money to get ocean balcony room, because the picture shows it has bath tub. But actually the room doesn’t have a bath tub, and the room is old and dirty. The service is the only good thing.

The resort has a quiet a**osphere and clear sea water. Rooms require walking up a rather tall building, not suitable for elderly people. Breakfast is varied but quite the same every morning. The staff are very attentive.

The hotel environment and location are all OK. The location is in Shark Bay, but you can't see sharks in Shark Bay. You can see sea turtles. If you want to see sharks, you have to go to Aowleuk Bay. There are many taxi boats in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for snorkeling and other activities! The hotel is actually not big, but the overall environment is okay and the room is very clean. My child is very happy here. The hotel has three free buses to the pier every day and one bus back from the pier. If you book this hotel, you can contact the hotel in advance to pick you up at the pier.
The disadvantage is that the hotel's wifi is very slow and often disconnects. The mobile phone signal here is also not good. The room is relatively small and the sound insulation is slightly poor. There are few restaurants around and the food in the hotel is not delicious.
