It is an old-fashioned inn, a few minutes walk from Shin Kobe Station. I went to eat rice instead of staying. It was a private room when I made a reservation. There is a table in the tatami room. I ordered a course dish, but the amount and quality were very satisfactory. The rice is served with pickles and Kobe beef shigure boiling, but this rice and shigure boiling is quite delicious. The rice is delicious even if there is no side dish. The beef steak may have been the most delicious I have ever eaten. The ginger is not too strong and the meat remains firmly delicious. This delicious shigure boiling and delicious rice combination is the best! By the way, I bought it with souvenirs and returned.

The location of the hotel was very convenient because there’s exactly a bus stop next to the hotel. Next to the hotel have a fast food restaurant that serves delicious hot meals which open 24 hours and they also offer takeout services. This hotel also provides great deals of onsen tickets (Hotspring tickets) the original price of the ticket was around ¥1100 but if you are the guest of the hotel, then you can purchase that ticket at the price around ¥900. Near the hotel, there was lots of convenience store, and one coin laundry service shop, but in the hotel, they also have laundry machine, vending machines and microwave.

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

The reservation order shows a double bed or a double bed, which can accommodate two people. I booked to register the passports of two adult men. When I went to the hotel, I only arranged a big bed. I asked Ctrip to deal with it. However, I couldn't do anything about it. The maximum compensation was 100 yuan. I'm really short of that 100 yuan. Too disappointed with Ctrip. I will choose booking and ** in the future. thanks.

First of all, the location is very good, just near Sannomiya Station. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a 711 downstairs and many chain restaurants to choose from. They are delicious and affordable. Self-service check-in is very convenient. The machines are in Chinese. The lobby on the first floor provides a variety of daily necessities, including sunscreen, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, moisturizing lotion, and even facial and hair masks. You really don’t need to bring anything with you. It’s so convenient. Sencha powder is also provided. and tea bag coffee I booked a double bed room. The room is really small, but fortunately there is a window. You can also enjoy the skyline at sunset from the window. The facilities are actually available. If you are alone, it is actually very suitable. I will consider booking 21 square meters in the future. twin room The room is very clean and the facilities are well maintained. It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place.
