"A pleasant experience, the hotel design is chic, giving people a refreshing feeling. The dinner was very good, the full set of salmon feasts, every time it was classic, so enjoyable. A worthwhile trip"
"Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing.
We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own.
The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect."
"I wanted to go to a ryokan, but this was the closest place I found. I changed trains from Nagoya Station and arrived at Yunoyama Onsen Station, which is very rural. The area in front of the station was like a closed-down ruin with not a single store. I bought a drink from a vending machine and went to the ryokan. I called and it took about 10 minutes for the car to arrive. The ryokan facilities were rated 6.5 out of 10. It was a bit old. I paid 5,500 yen more for a private ryokan and it was good. The large public bath was nice because it had an open-air bath, and the water was very good. It was slippery. I requested dinner, but I was able to order draft beer and the meal was pleasant. Is there nothing to eat?? Breakfast is a buffet, kind of like home-cooked food. Most people are Japanese, and there are mountains nearby. I saw a few people riding the cable car and wearing hiking clothes. The neighborhood was almost dead, so I didn't go around. It's at the top of the mountain, so the water is clear and the air is good."
"so very nice hotspring, wilike a falls hotspring,i like the exterior mint choco castle design in the middle of the mountain. The yukata or traditional bathrobe. The delicious japanese food breakfast. The fantastic view of autumn & the famous gozasho ropeway.Spectacular moment because in the top of the mountain by ropeway is a surprising snowy everywhere.Autumn with matching winter vacation by nov.25.unforgetable moments.Anyways, thank you so much trip.com.for a reasonable prize & reccomended nice hotel.More power!!"
"The hotel is at the entrance of Yuzaisuo Mountain. It is very convenient to go to the mountain by cable car. The hotel has a loan cut and open-air bath. We went to the mountain in the morning, and when we came back in the afternoon, we had a hot spring in the hotel, which relieved our fatigue."
"I am a girl and I took the bus from Nagoya with my child. Except that it took 7 or 8 minutes to get to the hotel by taking a detour according to Google Maps because I was not familiar with the road when I got off the bus (because I brought a 28-inch + 15-inch suitcase, there were many ups and downs along the way, and it was still quite dangerous and laborious to walk on the road. I suggest that the business put up a guide sign near the get-off point, so that it is safer and faster to take the small road to the hotel), everything else was perfect: the room was super big! The sleep was very comfortable! The hotel is very close to the ski area (the bus station is actually here). The waiter introduced us to a safe and fast route (less than 3 minutes). In addition, the hotel also provides cable car tickets for the ski resort, which is very considerate. I will bring my child here next time!"
