號稱國際酒店，服務非常垃圾，訂了兩晚的酒店竟然換了三次放假房間，還有一整天不搞衞生的酒店，房間洗漱用品也不換的，實在讓人不可思議！淋浴噴頭水太小，洗澡很不舒服

第二次入住了，前台30號小姐姐超級温柔，態度也好👍，最讓我滿意的是，出電梯沒看腳下，不小心拌了一下，過了一會就有工作人員來説是看監控發現了問題，過來道歉。早上出門就發現酒店把那個拌我的拆掉了，太讓我意外了，這個服務態度我真的是第一次見，希望酒店發展越來越好👍財源滾滾😄

房間挺大就是設施太舊，衞生間洗漱台都爛的掉皮了，而且外面窗户玻璃臟的要死，根本就看不到個什麼庫爾勒夜景，我住過很多維也納酒店，但目前最差的就是這次的入住很差勁覺得也不值那個價，忘了拍圖片不然也就上傳了

房間很乾凈，隔音也好，酒店離孔雀河，大巴扎，都不遠，住的25層，視野很不錯，住的也很舒適，前台工作人員也很有素質。

前台服務員工作不認真，我訂單備註不要走廊盡頭的房間，還是給安排的是走廊盡頭的房間，下去換房間另外一個服務員竟然説她們一般不看備註，我是無語了，第二天的前台服務員態度特別特別差，我退房的的幾分鐘裏黑着臉低着頭回答問題，前台應該沒有培訓就上崗了，酒店管理人員對酒店老闆和品牌方太不負責任了，現在使用攜程訂房越來越不好了 ，酒店基本都是給的尾房和畸形房，部分酒店對攜程用户提出的合理要求不予理睬態度惡劣

正常的維也納，還算乾淨衞生。就是衞生間的透明玻璃總覺得讓人不適，後期加上樂捲簾，結果側面還是漏了一大截，真是讓人尷尬😳啊。。
其他普普通通吧，配套普通，有點陳舊。
