衞生：下水道有異味 特別嚴重
服務：一大早 最讓我起的一件事情 😡 不敲門就進來 客人沒走 也不知道有沒有人住嗎？ 你們酒店服務員沒有培訓嗎？ 客人在裏面在睡 就直接闖進來 把我們嚇死了 什麼服務 不知道那間房子有沒人嗎？ 太不負責任了。
環境：環境太差了 地毯一地邋裡邋遢 差一點摔倒了。行李箱子很難拖走。
設施：房間在走廊中間 窗户直接可以看見走廊。走廊人也可以看見裏面太沒有安全感了。太吵了。我們兩個房間人都早上很不舒服的起來了。沒有舒適感。很讓我失望 毛巾都爛了 我經常出差來庫爾勒 第一次遇見這麼差勁的環境的酒店 我不得給一個差評。我是看上攜程好評來的。 這些足足説明你們的好評來自於逼迫客户 拿代金劵換的😡😡😡😡。 不真誠的商家

因為酒店環境好，住得舒服，我們又多續了幾天。特別要表揚搞衞生的服務員，她們很認真負責，每天把房間衞生搞得很乾凈。

表揚前台服務員，工號0303，認真負責，有很好的服務意識，熱心服務，批評房間衞生，基本沒有打掃，地也沒搞乾淨，馬桶都沒有收拾，更可氣的是牙刷梳子都沒有補充，7月2日晚發現的，2011房間。衞生間味道極臭，建議好好弄一下硬件。

之間住過這個酒店，又再一次來住，房間是新裝修的，裝修風格非常不錯，酒店環境衞生啥的都不錯，前台小姑娘小秦服務態度很好，整個環境給人的感覺都非常的好，點個贊，推薦！

訂房間請謹慎、酒店房間跟攜程上的圖片根本不符、開了房間進去就是個床、房間一股味道、下來取消都同意取消了、離開店到第二天都沒處理、結果第二天就退了一半兒、前台服務態度極差！

房間衞生差，榻榻米房間的地毯臟的要死，第二天也不打掃衞生更換床單，各種設施損壞不主動維修，換氣扇完全損壞，淋雨噴頭也有問題，房間有異響，沒有説明跟電競房挨在一起，遇到半夜打遊戲大吼大叫的就等着遭殃吧，莫名奇妙停熱水等半天也不來，2024年了居然還有酒店收按金，估計是想賺床單被套錢😂
