I booked by Visa to make sure the room was safe for March 6 - 8th, 2020 before I arrived, I was consistently contacted Oyo and Booking dot com through text messages and Whatssap later I also asked about the possibility of early check-in - but did not receive an answer that Reasonable, I came back to receive an invitation to the wedding of one of the closest coordinates in Gลันตัน, which will be held on 6th 3 1 hrs at the Ismail Ali Mosque (Sultan Muhammadwi Mosque in Pese) and in Kotabaru to attend the ceremony the next day. I arrived at the location around 11:30 January. But can't check-in except 2:00 pm onwards. We can't check-in at 2:00 and be ready to join the 1 day street of the wedding at 3:00 pm. I inquired about the previous message. But did not find or reply wrong While I was warned about ”cash deposit” unlike other hotels in Oyo that I have stayed before, even though my booking is safe with Visa - I was surprised to find that I could not use a visa to pay. My family and I were very tired due to an unstoppable short trip from Kuala Lumpur to Kelantan. As a Muslim is inconvenient Despite being a traveler (musafir) to travel around Kota Baru during Friday prayer The staff promised he would do his best to get my room as soon as possible. (Which he did). We had no choice but to go somewhere carefully - end up at Pizza Hut Kota Bharu to wait. Not only Friday prayers will end as much. But still have to hurry to get money from the ATM I complained overwhelmingly through booking.com, texting and in less than 1 hour, I was called by the staff to inform me that the room was ready, about 12:30, glad we rushed to check in at the front desk, I told to make sure I would pay for the My car parked in the next two days (Which Saturday / Sunday is working days in Kolkata) in front of the hotel using a coin machine to avoid tickets or worse. - Tired lock by the city council Kota Bharu room ok - enough for the family. The TV does not work properly. We didn't have a proper shower and had to use a bathroom / bathroom near the reception. Early morning on the 2nd day I started complaining and fortunately we got a new room which was much better than the first time. I should compliment. The staff who work on March 7, 2020 are not included in the package. We had breakfast in Gotaburi and sometimes around. Which is quite familiar with us because I was originally a citizen of leton, the 2nd and last day of the 8th was great It is important to know that the Dobby / To-do laundry is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient for us to do laundry every day for our travel and our ceremony clothes in the evening. Last time, during payment after using the money to pay for the parking lot using Touch and Go card, I found that there is a free parking behind the hotel. (Depends on the arbitration of the hotel staff) - I'm not sure if it's an officer or not. Hotel car park or else

Bilik clean. Toilet bersih. Accessories cukup Ada tv. Airconditioning. Sungai luas yg cantik.. river view. Can fishing from balcony. Dine at the floating restaurant at reasonable price. We are lucky this Saturday morning is a Saturday Floating Market with varieties of local delicacies. Interesting to see Dikir Barat Performance. A weekly event. Please come. Really worth it & fun. Boleh naik boat/ we enjoyed river cruise! Here are some pictures.

Good location which near to KB town & food spots. Convenient stores like Watsons, 7-Eleven just a minute away from the hotel. McDonalds next to the hotel. Wakaf Che Yeh night market located in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Food were good. Facilities in room were outdated and need improvement. There’s public parking nearby. Private parking charged and reservation needed. The room is comfortable for 3 adults but the rate is quite pricey for the room quality & size. Broken bidet, slow water pressure, steamed iron not well functioning.
