The breakfast at the hotel was great, although the choice was not too much, but the quality was high. The only thing that is criticized is that the room is a little dim, but the front desk staff is very good. I will choose this store next time in Krakow.

I have not had the pleasure to stay in a room at the Bonerowski Palace; HOWEVER, the Restaurant is AMAZING! Alesk, a restaurant greeter (who speaks VERY good English) introduced me to their menu. That night I was looking for a steak. I took the recommendation from Alesk on which cut of meat and the waiters' recommendation on which Merlot Wine would go nicely with the steak. BOTH ALESK and the waiter were SPOT ON! I have been traveling Poland for a month and had steaks at other hotels; but this steak, WAS AMAZING! IT WAS THE BEST STEAK I HAVE HAD SINCE BEENING IN POLAND! The Steak was cooked perfectly! Compliments to the chef(s)! I would categorize this steak as FORK TENDER! From the Service to the presentation to the first bite, it was heavenly! The wine paired perfectly. Both these men presented themselves professionally, with a very strong understanding of the menu, selections of wines, and how to serve their guests. I was so impressed with the food and the service, I had dinner there the following night. Again, I was greeted by Alesk. I was so impressed with my dining experience that previous night, I simply asked Alesk to order me a fish dinner (whatever he recommended) and a glass of wine. He sat me at a table and I was greeted by the server who confirmed my order. I was set for another night of remarkable food and service. If you are in Krakow (Cracow) and miss the dining experience with Alesk and the staff at the Bonerowski Palace, you have missed the best part of Krakow!

I stayed here 6 years ago and returned with 5 friends as it is so well located and we were so well looked after by the staff previously. This hotel is 80 metres from the main square, local Polish restaurants in the same street were delicious and such fantastic value if it’s too chilly at markets to eat outside. The hotel is older in style, we loved its grandeur. It is immaculately clean with a wide choice of food for breakfast. What has made this hotel so fantastic is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They arranged taxis, luggage, always checking we had all we needed. We celebrated one lady’s birthday requesting from the restaurant manager a reserved table for 6 of us at a busy breakfast time. She truly surpassed expectations. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, they played happy birthday and our friend was thrilled. Andreja one of the doormen is a sweetheart. He gave us a tour of the old ballroom, lighting up the gorgeous glass ceiling for us to see, did lots of photos by the Christmas tree of us all and treated us like royalty, helping with bags, getting coats on. The room is large, there is a place to put the box, but the bed is not big, not far from the old town and the train station, probably in the middle. There is a music school in the hotel, and there are always students from the college who are practicing the piano and passing out beautiful music. I don’t know if the air conditioner in the room is broken, not too cool, the house is quite tidal, the other is ok, there is breakfast, but the variety can not eat much.

Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

The room was really big with 2 floors. But the 2nd floor was a bit too empty and wasn’t too useful for us. We got a room in the first floor so the view wasn’t that amazing too. There is a big kitchen with everything you may need that would be good if you are long-staying. The most attractive thing in the room was it’s massaging bathtub, which was super big and fun to play with. Although it wasn’t cleaned perfectly that we saw dirt coming out after pushing the massage button. We then cleaned the bathtub by ourselves before using it again and it’s worth it.

My stay at Apartamenty Bracka 6 was a very pleasant one...my room was clean and quiet...the location of the hotel is centrally located steps away from the Main Square and all the restaurants and main attractions...Agata and her staff were excellent hosts and answered any questions that existed...I highly recommend Bracka 6...when in Krakow again, I will stay at this hotel again...Thank you Agata & staff for your hospitality!!

Not a bad hostel, normal beds with nightclubs-can be read.Sweats are fine.There is a kitchen-can be breakfast bought with biscuits against.Very successful location-2 minutes Starbucks and food stores, 4 minutes central area-for night walks suitable)3 minutes to tram stop!10 minutes to the station, and from there and to the airport.Not noticed that rooms are common(men women)the first experience of the hostel) And in general, a very successful option for the minimum cost.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would require. The kitchenette was handy with its kettle and fridge as well as being well equipped with utensils and crockery. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent and very convenient for eating in the restaurants in the main square and visiting the attractions and sights of the city. The staff were friendly and keen to help whenever we had a question. There isn’t the possibility to store luggage but we were informed that there is a luggage storage facility across the square which was also rather convenient. The price for our stay was great and we definitely received more quality than what we paid, especially compared to standards in other parts of Europe. Overall, would definitely recommend!
