We had a great stay at The Mew KLCC. The unit is very spacious and well-kept, and the facilities are nice. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We initially had a small issue with Netflix, but the team was very responsive and came over to fix it . We also requested a floor mat for the bathroom, and it was delivered without delay. On top of that, they kindly accommodated our request for late check-out. Overall, everything was excellent. Very much recommended!

非常好的老闆 第一次來馬來西亞 不知道是3點入住的 老闆很通情達理12點就安排我們入住了 而且是中文溝通的 非常好 房間非常大 床好舒服 而且陽台和衞生間還可以看到雙子塔 過去雙子塔 KLCC就五分鐘的路程 出行非常方便 還有健身房游泳池 good 還給我們延遲退房

非常驚喜的一次入住體驗，由於當天到的比較早，訂的房型沒有空餘，客服小姐姐特別好，幫我免費升級了套房，點贊👍溝通完在郵箱拿了鑰匙房卡就入住了（btw入住和退房都是自助的哦），房間非常寬敞，視野開闊，乾淨衞生，廚衞設施齊全，非常適合情侶以及三口之家入住，樓內配有泳池和健身房，地理位置非常好，位於市中心，靠近klcc地鐵站，周圍餐廳也非常多，出行和吃飯都非常方便。

房間很大，酒店式公寓可以做飯，廚房用具齊全，我們也沒用上。沒有客房服務收拾房間，垃圾自己丟。
在雙子塔附近。出行很方便。周邊容易遇到中東的騙子，會提出看一下人民幣。公寓並不能看到雙子塔夜景。衹是一個角。樓層較低，三十幾層，衹安排住在10層。

位置極佳，距離雙子塔不行十分鐘路程，周邊便利店餐廳鄰里，出行極為便捷，房間層高非常高，視野開闊，床品洗手間乾淨一塵不染無異味
