Have been staying at this hotel for almost every trip to KL. Location was good for those who need food And retail therapy. Hotel is simple with minimal amenities provided. Breakfast has seen improvement in variety of food. Good job.Deluxe room do not have certain amenities such as, toothbrush, shaver. Can consider to bring back the Hotel Capitol Tote bag which used to be found in the room closet

Located in the heart of the town. Easy access to shopping malls, eating place and LRT station. Smooth check-in and checkout. The bed is quite old but still ok. Free parking at Low Yat plaza using touch N go.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Hotel Capitol Kuala Lumpur. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Great location. Walking distance to Low Yat Plaza, Sungei Wang, Pavilion, Fahrenheit etc. I will always return to Hotel Capitol. Thank you.

Merely on business visit. Most time was outside attending meeting therefore no much comment to be given. However much convenience to access to surrounding vicinity. The only improvement I would suggest as bathroom. Shower gel keep fall off from holder, no tooth brush,...

All good except consistent noises from the ceiling, some kind of knocking sounds that lasted throughout my stay. Didn’t manage to sleep.

room need to be refurbished and though staying on 16th flr, was not able to sleep well due to loud music coming from the street till 1am on both sat and sun
