Location is great, near the Kumamoto castle, view from hotel window overlooks the river and castle. Room can be stuffy but unwise to open the windows as insects will enter at night

房間很大，而且窗戶已正對熊本城（雖然唔知係咪每間房都係咁），喺通筋町站經上通咁行大約要10分鐘左右，位置比住喺熊本站嗰邊方便

酒店離市中心商店街步行約10分鐘，購物可飲食都非常方便。但停車場位置交遠離酒店，並需自行付費。大棠早上有免費咖啡供應。

ARK Hotel 熊本城前，頂樓餐廳擁有熊本城全景。早餐景觀一流。附近有市電，往熊本駅約30分鐘。鄰近下通商店街，一般購物飲食都算方便。不過飯店較為舊式，不過清潔衛生絕對合格。

惡劣！酒店好新舊，牆紙發黃、廁所發霉，床褥、枕頭硬，酒店中央空調，不能調高低，暖氣又熱又乾，就不能開窗最終焗病了！體驗好差！再到熊本永遠不會再入住這間酒店！

酒店位置超好，窗户可以看見熊本城，價格也非常便宜。老式三星酒店的配置，裝修看上去老氣但很實用。被子是保暖又透氣的那種，休息很舒服。不像現在很多時尚裝修的快捷酒店被子都不透氣的。退房是10點比其他酒店早一個小時。酒店自帶立體停車場免使用，我們晚上八點多到的，停車場老爺爺熱心的幫忙解釋如何停車
