温泉が無料
メイク落としを忘れて近くのコンビニに買いにいったんですが
大浴場の洗面所にありました。
お部屋も広めで冷蔵庫、お茶セットあり
棚がついているのが嬉しかったです。
とても清潔感あるホテルです。

夜ご飯を食べる時、近くにお店が色々あり、便利でした。ホテルには大浴場（人工温泉）もあり、とても良かったです。朝風呂に入りました。

場所は熊本駅からタクシーで10分くらいの場所にあるので、便利だと思います♪
お盆期間に宿泊しましたが、フロントが年配の男性で、言葉遣いが気になりました。苗字が変わっているため、呼び方を呼び捨てで何度も言われて嫌な気持ちになりました。
〇〇？〇〇？ではなく、〇〇様？と確認するのが普通ではないでしょうか。
またお盆期間だった為、夕食を近くでとれるところを伺いたかったのですが、対応はとてもめんどくさそうにされてたのでびっくりしました。
また部屋のお風呂が掃除されてる？と思うくらい汚くて残念でした。（添付写真）
朝食は種類も豊富で美味しかったです。

スタッフの方々がとても素晴らしい👍挨拶も気遣いも素晴らしかったです。サウナがあれば最高でした。お料理もどれも美味しい。また利用したいです。

サクラマチクマモトから少し離れており、商店街からも他のホテルに比べて外れにあり、かなり遠いです。ホテルまでの道幅も広く、スーツケースを引きにくいので、大荷物の場合はタクシーとかの方がいいかもしれません。コンビニも5分かかります。ただ、大浴場がとても良く、部屋のアメニティ類、設備、オプションも文句ありません。特に女性大浴場はほぼ貸切状態、セキュリティも電子ロックがあり安心でした！
朝食は高いですが、熊本の名産が数多く並び、品数的にも価格分の価値はあると思いました。
総合的に遊びたい人には不便かもですが、寛ぎたい人には良いホテルだと思いました！

繁華街に近い割には、静かな場所です。ホテルの駐車場が少ないのですが、近くにパーキングも豊富で夜間料金は安いので良かったです。

離鬧市區有些距離，但是對應房間的價格卻是不低，設施比較舊，房間浴室裏好像發黴變綠了。和式房間會有小蟲子！
