服務差、房間小的像快捷酒店、兩個人都轉不了身、空調不能用、電話不能用、沒有無線網、早餐肉包子是涼的、條件極差

地理位置非常方便 地鐵A出口就到 房間也非常乾淨整潔 早餐品種也還算可以 前台服務也非常的熱情周到 下次還會選擇維也納酒店

位置距離昆明動物園很近，酒店旁邊就是地鐵口。房間同比其他店，還是小了點。這兩天人真的是多。住起來，也沒什麼問題，還是很安靜。前台服務不錯，很熱情。

經反覆比選後才選擇了此酒店，該店與穿心古樓地鐵站緊鄰，去附近翠湖、圓通寺等景點步行可達，乘地鐵到昆明火車站僅幾站路程，地鐵換乘極為便捷；酒店前台和客房服務員態度親切和藹，入住時免費升級房型，對客人的詢問都能耐心及時予以解答；客房內衞生整潔、清掃及時，酒店硬件設施較新；早餐菜品較為豐富，數量足。不足：入住的3樓客房與酒店2樓廚房近的原因，早上6點過一點就被廚房風機噪音吵醒；酒店暫不提供接送機服務，海口同樣的酒店則提供。

原本預訂的是無窗的，辦理入住的時候幫忙免費升級有窗的，這個服務挺好的，唯獨就是房間偏路邊，晚上睡覺會有一點吵鬧，其它地方都挺好的，環境衞生都挺乾淨的
