剛到酒店就看到好多綠植不愧是春城，前台小姐姐服務很好也熱情，還有小機器人送餐還挺好方便的是一次不錯的體驗

經常來的酒店，交通便利，到市區十分鐘，房間乾淨整潔，環境很不錯，工作人員認真負責，尤其是前台小師，人長得非常漂亮，又很專業，工作熱情負責，對顧客非常熱心，還特別給調換了房間，出現問題耐心的幫助解決。推薦來入住。點個贊。

凌晨入住，首先是服務方面1:打電話問停車場，描述半天啥葯店，大晚上的住酒店讓我去找葯店2:詢問是否有高層，前台直接説有，你網上退了重新再網上訂，意思現在的酒店衹能網上預訂，前台是擺設。
環境方面1:凌晨三四點入住，打開房門（靠馬路邊），有一種車水馬龍的感覺，早上更是像在鬧市區馬路邊睡覺一樣。2:外面走廊走路聊天聲就像門沒關一樣。
總結：這是住過最差的維也納酒店

首先：工作人員的服務都很好，完全沒問題
但是：這個酒店本身處處都不正常
1⃣️我定的是套房，就是為了舒服一點，但是套房那邊巨吵，各種卡車的聲音
2⃣️他的窗簾是拉不緊的，有2邊透光巨亮
3⃣️這個8888的房間居然衹能來一張房卡，這也就忍了，但是這個房卡第二天居然刷不開房門，還要去前台刷新
4⃣️地毯處處不平，給我摔個大跤
5⃣️4件套和毛巾都很破😡

蚊子太多了，房間裏牆上到處是蚊子屍體，晚上房間噪音比較嚴重，隔音差。停車場小，回去晚的話很不方便。

住過的服務最差的維也納，沒有之一。我續住的時候給前台説幫我換一下床單被罩，回來後發現沒有換，就給前台打電話説。結果過了一個小時沒有人過來，我又打電話前台假惺惺的説床單被罩用完了，正準備給我説呢。我説那給我換房間吧，結果不到1分鐘新的床單被罩就送上來了，又給我説剛從其他酒店調過來的。

前台辦事效率低 入住太慢了 房間大床房都在路邊 很吵 衞生間很小 馬桶還總有個大蒜味 懷孕了聞着特別受不了 洗澡間洗個澡水一下冷一下熱的 給我整感冒了 特別是酒店停車還要停車費？晚上很晚才入住的 車四五點就出去了 交了18塊的停車費…總之剛來昆明 開了一天車 就想好好休息 體驗很差
