The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and close to many tourist attractions. Best of all, there’s a Hey Tea shop just a short walk from the hotel!

This hotel location is really at the centre of Kunming. It was walkable to other attractions, easy to take Didi but the road is really busy especially on weekend. The room is comfortable & clean, suitable for people who want to explore Kunming by walking or taking metro train as it is near to train station.

The hotel is very convenient, located near Shuncheng Mosque (just go out from the door, turn right, walk before next building (20m) right turn, walk thru all the EV motor parks, about 50m turn left you reach the Mosque). For Muslim traveler's, there are many Halal food outlets within a 300-meter radius. All the top shopping malls are nearby, Wuyi Road Metro Station is just a 200-meter walk away, and it takes less than 20 minutes on foot to reach Kunming's old town area. I highly recommend this hotel to Malaysian travelers visiting Kunming. I stayed here at the beginning of my trip from October 19 to 21 and again at the end while waiting for my flight departure on October 31, from October 29 to 31. If I return to Kunming, I will definitely stay here again.

The room is very big and amenities are provided. The location is superb. It's pity that some staff are unable to be helpful coz of limitation of language. However, they intend to help.

Cleanliness is ok, observed some dust but overall is acceptable. Very very good location, right opposite wuyiroad metro, but there is a few flights of stairs to the ground. Shops, mall and restaurant within walking distance. 45min metro to airport. Thumbs up to the receptionist. We experienced some issue with parcel delivery, they are very helpful in assisting us.

I stayed at City Comfort Inn Shuncheng Street for a short transit before heading to the airport and had a pleasant experience. For Muslim travelers, this area is especially ideal — it’s easy to find halal food nearby, and the neighborhood is surrounded by plenty of shopping areas and main attractions. The streets are lively both day and night, so there’s always something to see or do. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated that the hotel offered short-hour rentals (4 hours), which was perfect for my transit schedule. Overall, City Comfort Inn Shuncheng Street is a great option for budget and transit travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and easy access to local attractions and halal dining.

Good location for muslim tourist, located at city center. 50+meter to the roti daging viral and others. All in all semua kedai makan dekat🤣

The hotel is in an excellent location, especially close to halal food options. The rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained. Reception staff were very helpful and professional throughout our stay. I also appreciated the luggage storage service, which made it easy to explore the city before check-in and after check-out. Perfect location. Walking distance to Old Street, Nanping Pedestrian street, and Nanqiang street. Plenty of food choices available nearby. Bus stops and MRT within reach.
