Rezen Hotel Hotels in Kunming

I've stayed at three airport hotels, and this one truly exceeded my expectations. The airport shuttle takes just 20 minutes to reach the terminal, making early morning flights stress-free. Even for late-night/early-morning arrivals, there's a complimentary shuttle service, and the driver kindly helps with luggage. The room, while not spacious, was spotlessly clean. The AC was quiet, and the soundproof windows ensured absolutely no aircraft noise. Multiple charging ports by the bed were incredibly convenient for charging phones and power banks. Breakfast starts promptly at 7 AM, featuring a build-your-own rice noodle bar with various toppings. A hot cup of soy milk was a perfect, comforting and time-saving choice. The only minor drawback was the limited pillow selection; a buckwheat pillow option would have been perfect. For catching a flight, this hotel is a comfortable and stress-free choice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kunming!

The service at the Kunming Mingyu Licheng Hotel during this trip to Kunming truly exceeded all my expectations! What stood out most was the airport transfer service, which made everything so seamless. Not only did the driver arrive early in the morning and wait, ensuring we didn't have to wait a single minute, but the staff also proactively reminded us of the pickup time and important details the day before. This attention to detail and thoughtfulness was exceptional. As we had an early morning flight, I fully expected to miss breakfast. However, to my pleasant surprise, the hotel had prepared a convenient grab-and-go breakfast for us, complete with bread, an egg, and milk – perfectly nutritious and easy to take on our way. Our room was also spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making for a truly relaxing stay.

這次和朋友的旅行，選對酒店太加分了！43平方米的房間完全超出預期，空間寬敞到不會有絲毫侷促感，兩個人活動、放行李都特別自在。 最驚喜的是房間的乾淨度，從地板到桌面都一塵不染，連衞生間的角落都沒有異味，讓人住得特別安心。床上用品更是滿分，柔軟的床墊和親膚的被褥，每晚都能一覺到天亮，疲憊感全消。 酒店服務也特別貼心，從辦理入住到需求響應都又快又周到，完全不用費心。而且設施很新，不管是洗漱用品還是房間裏的電器，用起來都很順手。下次來這邊，一定還選這家！

The hotel experience this time was really great! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. The check-in process was efficient and intimate. They also carefully introduced the fun places and delicious restaurants around. The favorability was directly full. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and clean, the bathroom did not have any smell, the toiletries were neatly arranged, and it was not more comfortable to live. The location is not to say, it is super close to the subway station and the bus station, and you can easily reach various attractions when you go out. There are shopping malls and food courts nearby. It is very convenient to eat and shop. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose this one!

The service of the little brother and sister at the front desk is very enthusiastic and answers all questions. The newly opened facilities and equipment in the hotel are very new, and there are also robots to deliver things. Especially the bed was very soft and I had a wonderful sleep! The breakfast was also very rich, but I didn't take any photos. We stayed on a high floor and the view was great.
