交通方面： 酒店不近草津湯田，看google map從草津溫泉巴士總站到酒店要步行15分鐘左右，本覺得不遠。但實際是要上坡然後落坡再上坡才到酒店。建議其他客人前往酒店搭的士去比較方便，不要盡信google map。 酒店方面： 酒店共3層樓，感覺像比較大的民宿。要注意的是酒店沒有升降機，大件行李朋友要注意。酒店職員可用簡單英文溝通，剛好當天我check in 是男店主，他有幫助搬行李上樓，但退房要自己搬喔。我一泊二食，晚餐早餐都好好吃，豐富美味。早餐可選洋食或和食。晚餐不包餐酒要另加錢。但晚餐時發生一點小插曲，我連按兩次鐘order 酒都沒人回應，然後我得上菜時再跟女店主落單他們推薦的草津啤酒，但直到用膳完畢都沒有上酒給我，直到我離開我追問女主人，她就叫年長的女員工回答我說明天才有貨，你明天可以帶回去！當時超傻眼！沒有貨可以跟我說，可以cancel,但不要擅自幫客人決定。然後我跟年長員工說cancel。不知道他們會否取消，我就心想沒差，第二天可帶回做手信！殊不知我退房時還沒收到酒，不但沒有取消，還多收我酒水價錢，我就用日文跟男店主講解情況，當然有退款。但整體感覺不太好，女店主服務不佳，導致多收客人款項。 價錢上CP值算高，但服務真的是改善。 不會再考慮入住，反正他們target 客人是本地人。寧願比貴些住湯田附近的酒店更佳。

I walked from the bus terminal to the inn, but the road displayed on the map on my smartphone was a narrow road going up a slightly steep slope. I had to be careful not to slip on the snowy road. It was a standard twin on the 3rd floor that stayed at an inn in a building like a Western-style building. There is no elevator so you have to go up and down stairs. The lighting was stylish, but it had the atmosphere of a neat student dormitory. A square carpet was laid, but felt is not used, so you can feel the hardness of the floor. The hot spring was a good hot spring on the first floor of the bandaiko source. The temperature was just right and I was able to take a relaxing bath. There is no vending machine, but there is an unmanned sales office in front of the public bath where you can buy beer and soft drinks. For breakfast, you could choose Japanese or Western food, but I chose Western food. It was just as delicious as the photo on the official website. I could drink as much coffee as I wanted from the coffee maker. The price was cheap and I could use Wifi comfortably, so it seems good for workcation, but there was only one free outlet on the desk side. In addition, there seems to be a shuttle service from the inn to the bus terminal in the morning.
