酒店服務熱情細緻周到，房間也很滿意，空間大，還有洗衣機，暖氣充足，直麪羊蹄山，可惜我們在時霧大，餐飲味道不錯，食材新鮮，牛排熟度剛好，住的都還滿意

很舒服的小酒店。出門不是很方便，酒店有車帶到市中心再約好時間接你回酒店。環境很安靜，景觀也不錯，温泉水很好。

酒店地處滑雪場2.7公里的地方，來回雪場都有專車接送。酒店服務太好了，是管家式服務，還給我們安排了專門的中文管家。房間也很舒服，窗外景色太美了，在房間裏泡着湯看着窗外的雪景，非常安靜和美好。我們住了三天兩晚，每天包含早晚各一餐，晚餐分別是日料和法餐，都太精緻了。最後一個早餐沒吃，酒店就送了我們每人一雙精緻的木筷。全程感受都超級好！

乾淨 安靜 服務好 温泉好 一切都好 房間大
每天的 早餐豐盛 晚餐都是私廚專門為我們定製 住了四晚 每晚都不一樣 日式 西式 太幸福了

離HIRAFU Welcome Centre 不遠，坐車10多分鐘就能到達酒店。我們先用電郵跟酒店聯絡，讓他們派車前來welcome Centre接我們（之後也請他們開車送我們前往俱知安站）。
酒店很少房間，check-in、check-out和早餐都不用等。職員每位都10分友善和有禮。
房內的安全浴池一流，二個大人加一、兩個小朋友也很鬆動。房間、客廳和餐廳都能看見羊蹄山，十大漂亮不過我們來的兩天都在下大雪，看見山景的時間不多。

帰路を台風が直撃することとなり、仕事を休む訳にもゆかず、落胆して宿にキャンセルの相談をしたら、帰り道の責任まで負えないと言われ、トップシーズンの高いキャンセル料を取られる事となった。他のホテルでは「台風によるキャンセル料はお取りしません」と言われたのに、このホテルだけは客に情け容赦ない。台風という天災でも客に全責任を負わす姿勢が良く分かる、利益第一主義の宿だと感じた。それなら無理して泊まりに行き、帰り道に暴風雨による事故に巻き込まれても、交通網が麻痺して立ち往生しても全て損害は客が持つものだと言う姿勢がよく分かる。そこへいくとシャレーアイビーや坐忘林などのホテルはさすがであると心から思う。お客の立場で考えてくれて、天災によるキャンセル料は一切取らないと言う。さすが一流ホテルは違う。

10月の連休に宿泊しました。 館内に入るとラウンジの目の前に羊蹄山が綺麗に見え圧巻です。 全18室の小規模な宿です。 客室は山の間と水の間の2タイプで、今回は水の間に宿泊。 ベッドルーム・リビング・畳の間に半露天風呂の温泉がありました。 印象としては広々としてクローゼットがたくさんあったのが良かったです。 ただ本館から一番離れた羊蹄山側の部屋だったので、低層だった分、部屋からの羊蹄山の景色は微妙でした。 露天風呂も2～3人は入れる広さで源泉掛け流し→贅沢です。 今回は食事にも感動しました。 2日ともダイニングではなく鉄板カウンターと和食（割烹カウンター）で食べましたが、この規模の旅館でカウンター２つあることにまず驚きです。 鉄板焼きも美味しく頂けましたが、和食はかなりレベルが高く都会でもなかなか出会えない食事を堪能できました。 強いて言えば、朝食の量が少ない（年配のお客が多いからかな？）印象です。 坐忘林・パークハイアットニセコ・リッツカールトンリザーブニセコとこの近辺は過去に泊まった事がありますが、このエリアでは一番好きな宿です。
