The room was fine and complete, but the great surprise came when we went to dinner. The restaurant opened only at 20.30 hour her doors, the menu card was little challenging and the service as well! The hamburger we ordered was not tasteful and not fresh, pressed meat! The service was inpersonal, the servants were not just pulled out of your hands! Did we have everything we got the breakfast the next day, to snack so bad and not fresh! So take another hotel when you're on the door and you need a stop in Burgos.
