GGuest UserWe had a delightful stay at the Radisson in Scranton, PA. The hotel is historic and beautiful. Lots of marble and decorative wood. It is an old train depot and located right behind it is the University of Scranton’s soccer field which we enjoyed watching practice. Right across the street is a nice restaurant as well as having one in the hotel. We had a delicious breakfast with a very nice waiter. Everything about our stay was first class.

MMark DuncanMicrotel hotel is 2 star therefore cheap and cheerful. Our room was a little tired and dated however it was clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. Stayed for 3 x nights during US road trip which were three of the best nights sleep during our whole trip. Staff are really friendly. Room TV needs updated but WiFI is good. No bedside lamp so difficult to read if your partner wants to sleep. Free breakfast offering reasonable choice but basic - dining area becomes congested at peak times. Friendly little bar (Smilers) a few blocks down the road for good food and vibe..

GGuest UserMy kids loved the pool and game room! Breakfast was good in the morning, my husband enjoyed the pancake maker while the kids loved the waffles! The hotel was very clean and smelled clean as well! It was great having a 12pm check out also!

AAnonymous UserThe room is of a suitable size. It is not cramped for two people to stay in and open two suitcases. The overall facilities of the room are a bit rough. Sometimes the door lock needs to be turned several times before it can be unlocked. The hotel is in a good location. There are supermarkets and restaurants opposite and all daily necessities can be bought at any time. It is already the most cost-effective hotel in this area. The hotel staff are super nice. There are so many people on weekends, which makes parking spaces tight. Most of them bring their children to play, so there will be children running and shouting in the corridor from early in the morning until the evening.

GGuest UserThe only problem that I had was the hot water would not get hot. I tried at 9 AM every hour until 12 o’clock. I called the desk. They came up and let the water run for a while and finally got hot. That’s a problem. You shouldn’t have to wait until the water gets hot because there’s so many people checking out in the morning. There must be some other problem this was first time experiencing it in any hotel that I have stayed in Otherwise for the price it was good but they need to update. The lamps are old furniture is old need to remodel that the price was so low by booking with you all.
